The location is nice, though it took some time to walk from the train station with big luggage. The view was amazing from the top of the roof! The is a lift! The bathroom was very modern!

There was no chair in the room, which wasn’t very convenient when we wanted to read or write.

Our room had the most beautiful water view! Staff so nice at bfast. Nice bfast, too.

Very clean, comfortable, great staff and location. When you give up room service for 1 day, you can get a drink in bar- what is a very good idea.

Good, good location with 10 min walk (up the main street) from the train station. Accommodation has old world charm, with roof top area, view is absolutely beautiful! Great breakfast and you can choose drink vouchers instead of housekeeping. Staff very accommodating and friendly

Breakfast was very good

The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties of fresh produce. Even tho the room was quite small, it was comfy and cosy. Great view from the room too. Enjoyed the roof ambience.

The room is quite small, especially when you have 2 large luggages.

Conveniently located Equipped with an elevator. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of coffees, pastries, fresh fruit, ham etc.

Construction site right outside of our room, so we couldn’t open the window at all because of the noise and dust. No air con and it was quite hot when we were there.

Perfectly comfortable with good breakfast. Near to village centre and cheap for Zermatt.

Great rooftop terrace where you can eat and drink your own food and view the Matterhorn. Staff brilliant. Breakfast I could not fault. And if you don't want your room cleaned you can have a free beer 😉

Was a bit of a walk up the hill with a suitcase but was worth it.

Staff-very friendly. The room was small, but it was for a single person. Breakfast-OK. There is a terrace on the rooftop-with view to Matterhorn. If you are up to hiking, the personnel can give you good advice.

The noise and dust from the building nearby that it was under construction.

Small room in a small hotel, but that is not a complain, it was just perfect :) Very nice, clean room with friendly staff. Hotel is near the centre but not directly on the main street, so it is quiet enough. Extra bonus is the rooftop terrace were you can sit down with your dring and enjoy the view on Matterhorn.

Rooftop with a Matterhorn view is amazing! Location is super (right near the community hall), breakfast is good, and it’s great value for money.

The bathroom smells from the drainpipe, and there’s mold around the edges.

The room was good for our short stay. Although it was a hike up a hill to get to it, the location was great. The breakfast was good with a large assortment of breakfast foods. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast was nice, with bread, yogurt, cheese, and ham. The coffee was very tasty. Helpful staff.

On the second night, there was no hot water for showering. The front desk staff tried to fix it, and later that evening, hot water became available again.
