Central location, great breakfast, the rooms are basic, but spotless clean and functional

In principal it is an old nice Hotel in the Center of the City. No direct parking available- wir können Park you Around for 400 meters away.

The rooms are standard nothing special. In the Middle of summer I got a very hot and noisy room, no air condition - below the room the most frequent roundabout of the city.

The Breakfast was AMAZING, the quality and presentation was perfect. Super fresh local produce and excellent coffee. Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and view from my room was lovely. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and chilled.

enjoyed breakfast. Not sure that coffee machine made the best coffee but adequate. the room is pleasant. The room was generally quiet except for morning traffic. One night there was noise from the floor above. Another night there was noise from the kitchen. Neither were a problem.

Better lighting in the bedroom and perhaps a nice old armchair

It's such a cosy and lovely place ran by loving, caring and friendly people! Great Shower and warm room with afternoon sun and double glazed window. Gave us a kettle and mugs when we asked. I had the best Gluten free rolls specially prepared for me every morning. Nothing was too much trouble to ask - truly a gem...quiet and central in the lovely medieval town. We had two rooms of the whole floor which was very considered arrangement.

If I had to pick something the bathroom was on the small side for the two of us, but not a big issue at all.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely setting with courtyard. Chic restaurant on site. The stay was enhanced by three very kind staff members: Caroline, who saw who saw my distress at having a room on the third floor on an extremely noisy street and with extreme heat and no air conditionung. She changed it to a quiet room on a low floor. Elena in the restaurant t was welcoming. One of the housekeepers gave me extra pillows and she was smiling and cheerful.

When I arrived for a three night stay in a peaceful village and saw I was given a room on the third floor off the main road in extreme heat I thought I would pass out. I had been traveling for two days. The owner explained that the building can't be air conditioned. I was given a room.that was quiet after, but the staff and guests smoked constantly. The room was 8 square feet at the most. I very respectfully asked that the staff smoke elsewhere and was spoken to so rudely by the woman who had also served breakfast, telling me basically that I was in.a hotel, a space used by many people and if I didnt like it I should leave. THIS same woman came to my room at checkout time, five minutes after 11 AM to inform me that the hotel was full andd I needed to leave immediately. She was LYING, as the hotel showed availability both on booking.com and it's own website. I was shaking when. I left. I asked to see the owner. I told her how this woman had ruined my stay which had begun so badly in the first place. It was like she was intentionally nasty to make herself feel good. The owner didn't really seem like she cared. It's like you have a beautiful building but no real soul. My stay was ruined.

A really lovely hotel, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay there again
