There were a few hiccups like a clogged sink (which was fixed) but a broken dish washer was very inconvenient. Especially with 12 people and we used the kitchen at least twice every day. Lastly the bath tub, I was flabbergasted to see the water leak in the floor below if someone used the bath tub, which was unacceptable.

The location was just phenomenal. The customer service was good too for the most part, we got some issues fixed but some were not fixable.

The only downside is that the house gets quite warm in summer, as there is no air conditioning or standard fans available. We did receive fans immediately upon request, which we really appreciated, but since all properties were fully booked, we only received two instead of four. For that reason, I would suggest providing fans as a standard amenity during the summer months.

The Tannenbühl location is perfect and the house is spacious and clean. It’s an excellent place for a large family to stay.

I tried to change my reservation from 4 nights to 2 nights but the property manager said he will not return any money so we stayed.

The place was great and everything is there in the apartment but far from Interlaken.

There were a few challenges during our stay. The bed was not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, finding the location was quite complicated, and there was no one readily available for communication or assistance. Although we collected the key from the hotel mentioned in the reservation, locating the actual apartment was not straightforward and took some effort.

Our stay at Ferienlenk Mountain Village offered a wonderful Swiss village atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The apartment itself was good, providing a comfortable base for our stay. There is convenient parking around the area, and it was great to have a Coop supermarket and several restaurants nearby for easy access to essentials and dining options. While it is located about 1.5 hours from major tourist destinations, the drive is incredibly scenic, making the journey by car quite charming.

I don't like that it's very hard to communicate with any one's in the hotel and we didn't know which services we could have .. It's very hard to find your apartment if it's the first time. the lundry room is sharing for whole the apartments, and it was very hard to use it.

I like the well equipped kitchen and it's a good apartment for small family.

Some of the rooms didn't have blinds, so there was some light coming in in the morning. Didn't bother everyone. Just a few people in our group.

The house is very spacious, modern, beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing! Very well equipped. Host was super nice, helpful and replied quickly.
