The location was just phenomenal. The customer service was good too for the most part, we got some issues fixed but some were not fixable.

There were a few hiccups like a clogged sink (which was fixed) but a broken dish washer was very inconvenient. Especially with 12 people and we used the kitchen at least twice every day. Lastly the bath tub, I was flabbergasted to see the water leak in the floor below if someone used the bath tub, which was unacceptable.

The Tannenbühl location is perfect and the house is spacious and clean. It’s an excellent place for a large family to stay.

The only downside is that the house gets quite warm in summer, as there is no air conditioning or standard fans available. We did receive fans immediately upon request, which we really appreciated, but since all properties were fully booked, we only received two instead of four. For that reason, I would suggest providing fans as a standard amenity during the summer months.

The place was great and everything is there in the apartment but far from Interlaken.

I tried to change my reservation from 4 nights to 2 nights but the property manager said he will not return any money so we stayed.

There should be atleast a cleaning after 3 days of stay. There should be a washing machine at the property and iron board and iron.

Location is amazing but far and not comfortable drive

The beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced with better ones and hotel price is considered high in compare with service provided

This place was a big letdown. First, the location on Booking.com is misleading it's actually about 15 minutes away from the tagged spot, and the road is extremely narrow and unsafe. The listing advertised two toilets, but there was only one - and even that one wasn't working. We reported it immediately and even sent a video, but received no response for over 25 hours. The host only replied after we had already checked out. The lack of communication, the false advertising, and the inconvenience we experienced make this place absolutely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

The location is great - close to the main station and Kios. In our apartment, there are very well equipped.

To collect the key and to find our room are a bit confusing.

Our stay at Ferienlenk Mountain Village offered a wonderful Swiss village atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The apartment itself was good, providing a comfortable base for our stay. There is convenient parking around the area, and it was great to have a Coop supermarket and several restaurants nearby for easy access to essentials and dining options. While it is located about 1.5 hours from major tourist destinations, the drive is incredibly scenic, making the journey by car quite charming.

There were a few challenges during our stay. The bed was not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, finding the location was quite complicated, and there was no one readily available for communication or assistance. Although we collected the key from the hotel mentioned in the reservation, locating the actual apartment was not straightforward and took some effort.

The location is amazing, great view from all the rooms. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen is setup to host an army. All the rooms are very spacious and cozy. Has a lot of spaces to hangout together and relax. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee with a view and sunsets everyday.

We could not get the washing machine working during our stay, they sent someone to check, but no luck.

100 Frank for a single cleaning?! There is only a broom and nothing else to clean with. Not to mention this is a 6 person apartment but with ONE bathroom!!!
