Facilities were quite standard and clean. Staff is very friendly and communicates well. Cleanliness is well maintained. Healthy breakfast options. Close proximity to public transport - both bus and train. Perfect for solo Travellers 🔥and also for families.

Comfortable bed, clean, nice shower, room big enough, 15-20 minutes walk from the airport, 15 minutes walk to Kloten station with direct train which takes you to city center in just 16 minutes

Feels understaffed, housekeeping / room service / reception was not responsive when called on phone several times. Had to visit reception only to get the iron / board.

Location was excellent, located very close to the Zurich Airport, check in was easy as well.

After many stays here I find it hard to relax especially on my days off work. The heavy room doors are constantly being allowed to slam by guests and/or cleaners. Also beds and chairs being moved around the wooden floors make lots of noise and becomes very annoying over a weeks stay. Check in and stay extensions can be long and tedious at times. When I book a room for two I would expect a double bed and not two singles pushed together that constantly try to separate.

Great location for the airport and still only a short train ride to the city. The hotel area has a few restaurants and grocery stores very close. I love that the room has a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facility in the room.

I wish they had a free shuttle to and from the hotel. There is a paid city bus across the street you can catch and it is a close uber ride away, but it is a bit inconvenient when most other airport hotels have free shuttles to and from the airport.

Great stay at the Leonardo Hotel Zurich! The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located — just 5 minutes from the airport with frequent bus service. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice and making us feel very welcome. A perfect stop for convenience and comfort near the airport.

There is NO temp control in the rooms. This is real issue for me as I like a cold room. Also it’s close the airport but requires a bus and a train to get into town and for some this could be confusing.

I stayed at this hotel only one night before my flight home. I’d previously paid far more for four nights in Zurich. If I ever return, I’d likely stay at this hotel, taking the train that runs directly to Zurich HB as this hotel is a much better value! Not only is there a bus stop directly across the street that’s a five minute ride to the airport (buses every few minutes), there are also direct trains between Kloten and Zurich HB, taking about 20 minutes. Very cheap tickets compared to the hundreds more I paid to be in Zurich. This hotel is great, a clean room with coffee maker, lots of space, excellent sound blocking windows, good shower with immediate hot water, and one of the best beds I had in Switzerland. Halls were very quiet! And there’s a Migros just five minutes walking that was calm and well stocked, probably the best one I visited in Switzerland. Overall, a great situation and stay - I definitely recommend!

No free shuttle to the airport. You can have them arrange at cost of 8 francs per person but there is bus stop you can walk for 2.50 Francs to the airport

Basics like AC and WiFi didn't work properly. Hot water kettle was also not available in the room. Had to walk down everytime I needed something.

The receptionist was ill trained. She was over smart and less empathetic.
