Please know that we are in contact with our breakfast provider and currently working on increasing the variety of our buffet to provide a better experience for our guests. Regarding the bedding, since nights in Switzerland can get quite chilly even in early September, we provide duvets to our guests to ensure a warm and comfortable stay. However, we’re also happy to provide thin linen blankets upon request to our guests, but we will certainly take your feedback into consideration. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Le lenzuola avevano un cattivissimo odore, non mi è stato possibile farlo presente in quanto alla reception non c’era personale fino alla mattina. La sala dedicata alla colazione era sporca, pavimento neanche spazzato ed un cattivo odore di uovo marcio. Fatto presente il tutto in fase di check out.

Un hotel 4 stelle senza kit di cortesia non si può vedere, soprattutto a quel prezzo. Neanche le ciabatte c’erano. Anche la colazione per quello che costa e‘ davvero misera.

Recensione verificataLa posizione, vicinissima alla stazione di Enge raggiungibile in treno sia dalla stazione centrale sia dall'aeroporto Il Wifi veloce. La doccia in stanza, molto ampia. La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff
La colazione, troppo basica e ripetitiva per un 4 stelle Il lavandino in bagno delle dimensioni di quelli dei treni. Lavandosi si bagnava ovunque. La mancanza di tende trasparenti alle finestre. Ci sono solo quelle oscuranti che ai piani bassi devono essere continuamente usate, altrimenti chi passa per strada vede in camera, togliendo luce.

Recensione verificataL'hotel si trova proprio in faccia alla stazione di Zurigo Enge (molto ben collegata con la stazione principale di Zurigo) e la fermata dei tram. L'arredamento è molto ben curato. Tutto è ordinato e pulito. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa; inoltre, disponeva di una terrazza.
Visto e considerato il tipo di Hotel e le 4 stelle, sinceramente mi aspettavo una colazione con un'ampia scelta di prodotti. Anche la qualità dei prodotti non era eccelsa. Peccato!

Reception parlano solo tedesco e inglese, per una struttura del genere servono anche altre lingue, italiano, spagnolo etc Area colazione troppo ristretta. Alimenti essenziali. Per una struttura del genere ci si aspetterebbe una colazione molto più ricca. Parking una volta prenotato il posto in garage e fatto il check in l'ospite deve essere libero di accedere al parking senza ogni volta passare dalla reception.

Our team is quite international, and we do cover a lot of languages on the front desk (incl. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Bosnian, etc.). However, this depends a bit on who is at work at any moment. But usually during the day most of those are covered. To access the parking after the check-in, we usually provide a parking-badge to our guests so they can enter the garage at any time. We are sorry if we didn't provide you with one. Recensione verificataBella struttura dotata di ogni confort, tutto il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, belle camere abbastanza grandi e ben curate, al piano terra un ristorante dove la mattina si fa colazione, è situato nella piazza della stazione ferroviaria di Enge, dove c'è anche la fermata dei tram, quindi collegata benissimo. A piedi in soli 5 minuti si raggiunge il lago dove potrete godervi il bellissimo paesaggio e da cui con una bella e rilassante e neanche troppo lunga passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico. Consigliatissimo, ne sono molto soddisfatto. Ps. Vi consiglio di raggiungere la struttura in treno e non in taxi, e a sole due fermate dalla stazione centrale, risparmiate tanti sodi e fate prima.
