Hello Geraldo, Thank you very much for your review, and for highlighting the politeness and helpfulness of our team. That means a lot to us. We're very sorry about the dirty cups and sink. That's not our usual standard, and we've addressed the issue with housekeeping immediately. Regarding the heat during those hot days in Zurich, we apologise for the misunderstanding about the cooling system. You’re right that we have an air circulation system rather than traditional air conditioning. While we usually rely on fans during heatwaves, we’re glad the team upgraded to a portable air conditioner after your second request. Nevertheless, we recognise that this is not an ideal solution compared to built-in climate control. We are actively searching for solutions to this issue. Due to the limited room size, space for luggage is somewhat restricted. A storage area has been created under the bed, which we understand may be a bit limited for longer stays.
