Germanythat we must walk to the breakfast to the restaurant about 300 m away from hotel. normally a nice walk specially with the dog but as we had quite rainy days it meant an extra shower…
the location, right next to the lake and with a nice modern style decorated and with plenty of light. friendly staff and very comfortable. we traveled with a dog and they also had everything prepared to make his stay also great

IcelandThe view from my room wasn’t ideal, it faced an office building, and I didn’t feel comfortable keeping the window open with someone possibly looking in. Not a huge issue, but it did take away a bit from the otherwise great experience.
The room was fantastic, high ceilings, big curtains, a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a truly lovely stay.

United KingdomIt's basic, 'industrial-style' hotel..strange experience checking in with glitchy self-service. assisted by helpful person on reception, while the manager for some strange reason refused to investigate...might have been a bad day otherwise perhaps not suited for hospitality?!?

SpainWe booked 2 nights through booking and then we extended our stay through their website , taking advantage of an offer they sent us. When they presented the bill, they add taxes that were already included at the price fixed through booking, added charges for the children's bed and crib were it shouldn't have been charged. Doble check your bill or pay directly in advance through booking.com. The room was not cleaned during our stay ( 3 nights) the towels were changed once one of our friends who was also staying complaint about at the end of the second day. We were traveling with a baby and two toddlers. No one came to empy the bins so we had to take the used diapers outside the room ourselves. It was like housekeeping didn't exist!
Breakfast was good. The breakfast is served outside the hotel, In a restaurant located 300m aprox. from the main building.
