Nice quiet location, just a few minutes away from the train station and busier streets. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, we enjoyed the shared outdoor terrace for having a light dinner with beautiful scenery.

A bit expensive

The air conditioning was fantastic.

The desk personnel were not at all friendly. The room was tiny, even by Eruropean standards. There was no refrigerator in the room but oddly there was a group refrigerator in a common room where you could p;ut things. You weren't allowed to eat anything in your room. And the hotel has an eeriness to it, as highlighted by the fact when you walk though it at night you never see any other guests and all the lights in the halls are off and only turn on when there is motion detected. So basically they are off all the time. The only time you are sure you are not the only guests is in the morning in the breakfast area. There is no one at the front desk even after 7:00pm. Oh, yes, and oddly a sign over our hotel room door read 'Emergency Exit' in German.

Near train station

The owner made us move each morning instead of combining the 3 bookings. Staff was very rude. Rooms had very small bathrooms, beds pillows were very uncomfortable.

Loved the location. It was walking distance from everything downtown. Breakfast was included, the room was clean, room had AC, you couldn’t hear beyond your walls.

The only complaint we have is that in our specific room, the shower drain seemed clogged as well as the sink.

Loved the community kitchenette/lounge area. Got to meet some great people, super chill and relaxing. Loved the environment all together.

Great location, great staff

Not a huge choice for breakfast but reasonable, bed was loud and squeaky waking you up through the night if you moved.

Location was excellent close to town centre and train station. View from our room was wonderful and breakfast was good.

This hotel is really a slightly nicer version of a hostel. The rooms are quite dated and dark and not being able to eat and drink in your room only in a shared common area feels a little like a boarding school. We could also hear people talking through the walls and walking above. Interlaken is expensive though so it wasn’t the end of the world.

Staff were very friendly and professional - felt right at home. Loved the shared lounge and dining space. Continental breakfast was included and made the start to our days out more relaxing. There is also a laundry facility for hotel guests (operated separately) right next door. Staff were extremely helpful in holding our luggage before check-in time. The location was by far the best advantage with Migros and Interlaken West station less than a couple minutes walk away!

Overpriced The room was very small We were hearing a strange noise in the middle of the night, probably from a shower or toilet on the upper floor We paid 10 CHF for the parking. Someone scratched our rental car there, we called the police and the person of the hotel told us that the security camera is seeing only half of the parking….so we couldn’t check the camera. If you pay for a parking you are waiting for the car to be safe.

Great location and the hotel was very well kept! Would stay again!
