Very nice staff who put all love and care in making it a great holiday stay. Absolutely loved the breakfast. And breathtaking views on the Matterhorn from the balcony or the relaxing swimming pool. All in all, really recommend going there.

They have so much extra space ideally they add more weights and machines to the work out area.

Superb top to bottom. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Friendly staff, great location close to everything but removed from the hustle of central area, awesome amenities and the breakfast was spot on.

The views from the balcony were unbeatable, the pool was wonderful and also had an amazing view. The breakfast was amazing. The location was very walkable to everything. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially the gentleman who is often taking care of the building. He let us in the pool when the power was out and was just always so helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer! My kids wanted to move in!

Staff was nice and accommodating. Apartment and entire building was very clean. Our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the Matterhorn. Comfortable beds. Our young kids loved the pool and the playroom and the complimentary chocolate and candy. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Another plus was the automatic espresso machine and complimentary sparkling water.

My stay went too quickly!

The property is quiet, intimate, well designed with beautiful views of the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and hopeful. I’ve had some of the best breakfasts on my trip with the spread day put out every morning with bully local Swiss foods, orange juice pressed right in front of you. The spa is a bonus. And the pool is astounding, great for relaxing after an active day in the Hills of mountains. We will return!

The apartment was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and furnished with brand-new, modern furniture that added to the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the stay. It provided a perfect blend of luxury and practicality, making it ideal for both relaxation and extended stays. The hotel staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. The bathroom in the chalet is on lower floor from bedroom. With stiff legs, night bathroom run was tough.

Immaculate. Free pick up from train. Kitchen facilities are top line. Location was great. Eva at front desk was warm and helpful. Spa was great after hiking.

There was construction going on which made it hard to relax outside by the pool, but nothing the staff could do anything about.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The gal at breakfast was very sweet and welcoming! We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our room.

Just Location of the hotel have a walking distance from station but not a big issue as hotel provide transport for check in and check out.

The view of the room is amazing , big and kitchenware is complete and suitable for family.

Close enough to the main downtown, but a bit of a walk. They do coordinate for taxi transfers to and from the train station free of charge!

Indoor outdoor pool was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so friendly.

This was our second stay at Luxury Residence Colosseo and this time with our children. It was again incredible and the facilities are incredible also to accommodate them and the staff goes out of their way to make the stay memorable. We will definitely be back again and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
