Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You should not be charging outrageous chf 1200 per night for something that is old, broken, shower needs a redo, balcony door will not close properly, leaking bathtub (through a strange glass looking into the room.. whole thing there felt unnecessary). We had a family room, with two parts. I will say that while the beds were comfy and clean, and the view stunning, one would hope that a bit of effort would be put into a much needed new carpet, furniture that does not look like it’s from some hostel, into fixing broken things, maybe a working kettle. Had to ask for a new baby bed too because the first one was broken and completely unstable - should not have been there in the first place. Food was OK but nothing amazing either. Also, the fact that one is being asked to pay chf 30 for room service (read: service for the food you would be served at dinner anyway to be brought to your room) is a bit shocking considering how much you spend for your stay. You can pick it up for free which is what we did. I get that there is a lot included in the price like childcare (did not use it so cannot judge) but we have been to lots of other places in CH - the rooms simply need a full re-do to justify the cost.
The location and outside amenities for kids (playground, go carts, tennis court, lamas, goats, bunnies, pirate ship) are lovely, staff at the reception, bar, restaurant very helpful and attentive. Loved the pinocchio water fountain outside. Also the pool was good and clean and kids loved it. Lots of little details for kids around too, like the slide or the inner kugelbahn, and cool kids program such as walking with the lamas.
