The apartment felt a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, and since the windows and terrace face nearby apartments and hotels, it’s not the most private if you like to keep them open.

The apartment was very nice and in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore Zermatt. Check-in was smooth and the place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The dryer down stairs kept pausing mid cycle and did not dry the clothes well even after several cycles.

Everything was incredible! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The views were exceptional and the location was private, yet central to Zermatt. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, clean, and homey!

It is located on a pretty steep slope and getting in and out with luggage takes a bit of effort.

A bit noisy. It was also difficult to use the washing machine and dryer as an employee regularly washed linen/bedding after departed guests. This type of washing should be done elsewhere or guests have priority

The beds were VERY firm. The bathroom shower tub combo has a partial partition but it's hard to shower without getting the floor wet and you have to take a big step up to get into the tub. We rented this place in particular to have a clothes washer and there was not one in the unit. There's one washer on the other side of the building and it takes about an hour and a half to wash a load. The "dryer" took about two hours and didn't end up completely drying the clothes. Since there was only one washer/dryer, you have to wait until the person before you moves there clothes. Basically, it was not convenient at all.

The property was very close to the train station so we didn't need to take a taxi to get to the property, which was nice. The town is incredible and everything was within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The bedding was comfortable.

The only nit is that there is no view and the apartment looks out onto a playground but there is a balcony for fresh air.

The house is filled with all the necessary, and functional, as described. With laundry room that met all our requirement, making our stay at Zermatt comfortable that feels like home. Highly recommended.

The only thing that would have been better would be some black out curtains. The curtains let a lot of light in at night and in the morning so we ended up being up earlier than we wanted.

We were told that Zermatt was a 'bucket list' thing, It didn't disappoint! Our accommodation was amazing, it just added to having a great experience. Apartment had everything we needed, location was terrific.... perfect! Central to the station and to the town with it's bars and eateries. Would definitely come back for another stay😀
