Very personal service from David, who welcomed us with tea and cake and helped us with local information, bus, restaurants etc. Breakfast and dining facilities were excellent and the view of the Matterhorn was unforgettable. We will stay there again.

Cosy alpine- style boutique hotel right on the bus line which will take you into the heart of Zermatt. Very clean and updated - love the heated bathroom floor. Delicious and filling breakfast with kind and friendly staff.

25 mins walk from the Zermatt bahnhof. The curtains had holes on them. There were flies in the room. No coffee machine in the room and you had to pay for coffee and tea in the dining area (except for breakfast).

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested for a kettle since there is no kettle in the room and they lent me one at the reception. The view from the entrance, dining area and terrace is the Matterhorn which was amazing. The room had a balcony facing the mountains. The bathroom was quite spacious. The bed was big. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Spacious ski room. There is also a sauna. 5 mins walk to the Schwarszee/Matterhorn Glacier Paradise ski station.

The variety of breakfast. The guests in the above level were very noisy, they kept stepping and running loudly, which was so annoying.

The room is spacious, clean with Metterhorn view but you have to select the right room type.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mountain Paradise and it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We stayed 6 nights at the hotel Mountain Paradise.From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s prime location. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk up from the Matterhorn Express cable car. The staff at Mountain Paradise deserve all the praise for making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable.A special thanks to David and Maria.. The hotel is also perfect for families and couples looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions. I suggest booking a balcony room with a Matterhorn view for an extra special experience.

Two small details which I would like to share to help you make the hotel even more wonderful. The steam room didn’t produce much steam, and the eggs were often over cooked at breakfast

It's a small hotel but very comfortable. Easy access gear room with heated boot rack. Large sauna and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was great, close to the gondola and not too far of a walk to the center of town. I would definitely stay there again.
