Perfect location/away from the main hot spots, but so close. Perfect for 4 adults. The host responds so quickly to questions and it is so nice to be recognized by her as you walk through the streets. This is our third stay with myzermatt. We will will return again.

The room rate is a little bit expensive, and it is a little bit difficult to get the key from the landlord if you arrive late.

The apartment is very big, and provide all the necessary facilities. you can cook inside. The landlord is very friendly. The location is not far from the training station, 10 mins by work.

This apartment had only one bathroom, which was at times a little inconvenient for a family of five.

The location is fabulous and the rooms are brand new and incredibly clean. Spacious and cozy - the prefect combination. The kitchen was well stocked. It couldn’t have been a nicer place to stay!

We tried to use the washing machine but not sure of the directions to use cos no English instructions.Not sure if there was a drier in the launderette. The bed sheets,not sure if they were changed prior to our check in.

The location,close to the town,train stations,food. The apartment is huge for 4 of us. Very good view of the Matterhorn from the living room balcony.

The shower head was poorly functional, the pillows were lumpy, one bed was very soft and sunk more than should be expected. Owner was informed of the showerhead.

Well located in easy walking distance to station, shops, restaurants and lifts. Easy early access to the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall very happy.

The apartment is huge, but requires a change of arrangement. There is one bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is clean and nice, but old-fashioned. We didn't have access to laundry facilities so if you stay for almost two weeks this becomes a problem. And the towels should definitely be changed, as well as the sofa in the living room. I think the skiroom should also be modernized a litlle bit for a nowadays standarts - there wasn't boots dryer. Despite above, we had a great time in Zermatt and this apartment.

Nice apartment, great location, welcoming and helpful host. Kitchen had all things what you need and even more. The location is perfect - easy to walk to center street, restaurants, shops. It is very close to Matterhorn Express gondola. If you don't want walk by foot you could catch a Skibus. Bus stop is almost opposite entrance of building. It is good apartment for value consider Swiss prices.

If something has to be changed is the towels which are a bit old, the pillows which are too soft. We also would have appreciated if we had a washing machine.

We liked the fact that the kitchen had all what you need even to have a fondue or raclette. We also liked the fire place. Location was perfect at a walking distance from the high street and from the snow station. The view was also perfect.

The couch could have been a little more comfortable, but in general, it felt very homey

The location is excellent - easy to walk to town, restaurants, shops. It was also an easy walk to the gondola. The view from our apartment was beautiful! We had snowy days and it was just breathtaking! It was so nice to have a kitchen and two bedrooms with plenty of beds for our family of five. We were very comfortable there!

There is one bathroom that combines shower, toilet, and sink. While it is clean and modern, it is something to consider with a group of 6.

Downtown location. Close to shops and restaurants. The host came to visit us each of the two days we were there and offered help. The town of Zermatt is car-free and is so pleasent to expolore.
