The hotel is very comfortable and has a very efficient courtesy service to and from the airport. The bar and snack bar has a good selection. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Great selection for breakfast!

It’s a shame the bar was opening in the evening but the sister hotel next door’s bar was. The shape of the electrical plugs in the room was a pain and we had to buy an adapter from reception.

Small restaurant when weather is poor. No outside capacity in poor weather. Short staffed in restaurant and bar area. So staff on duty running around to keep up with demand.

Great location for airport and city. Excellent value. Second stay at suites and one in hotel. We are returning in a few weeks for overnight before flying home.

Spotlessly clean but had an unpleasant smell - not sure if it was from previous guests food or the room. The advertised relaxation room is just two sun loungers- it didn’t change our experience but don’t get excited about the spa facilities!

We booked a family suite- nice to have a little more space and two bathrooms! Also had a microwave and fridge but only paper cups. Lovely fluffy towels, shower room and bath in second bathroom, excellent soundproofing and air conditioning so had a good nights sleep. The travel pass is a bonus and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Stored our luggage for the day while we explored Geneva.

The rooms are a bit smaller than it appears like on the picture. You also have to go to the hotel next door if you want to have a bite to eat. Not super annoying but a bit inconvenient for tired travellers with kids. Don't expect to much of facilities like the gym nor breakfast options. It is alright but not really of the standard you would expect in/of Switzerland, to be honest.

The location near the airport, with easy transport options to the city is great. If you are on a transit trip, its probably one of your better options. The staff is alright (neutral and international). The place is kept clean. We enjoyed using the voucher one received to use the public transport for free. It makes you feel welcome to the city and helps to easily see some sites, even if you have only a few hours available. Lastly, the man in charge of the shuttle bus service was friendly!

This hotel was very close to the airport. We walked from the bus stop at the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle that runs every 10 mins in the early morning hours, which was super convenient.

Very slow check in, with a long wait and then more hassle with booking confusion between hotel and booking.com.

Excellent for airport. Free shuttle, but no need with a simple 10min walk there in summer.

Restaurant closed in the evening, frontdesk quite slow at CI and not very helpfull

The rooms are big, well equiped (except for the shower that has literraly no pressure at all) (little kitchenette in our room), the shuttle-drivers are very nice and it is even in walking-distance to the airport

Air con wasn't very effective and room was warm most of the night despite many setting change attempts.

There was nothing we didnt like.

We only stayed one night to catch an early flight from Geneva airport. It was very convenient, there was a restaurant in the hotel next door where we ate, we did not want to go anywhere, as we were too tired. The best part is the navette, the mini bus that transported us to the airport as early as 4 am.!
