Near airport, staff was friendly, the room has a kettle and coffe maker, breakfast was good

Warm welcome. Early check in Sauna. Coffee and water provided. Quiet despite the airport. Comfortable. Very close to tram stop on a direct line to centre. Free travel cards. Free airport shuttle.

Charger ports need upgrade and windows are dusty..

the bathroom sink was clogged making it difficult to use. the water was draining too slowly

The rooms were comfortable and very quiet. The hotel staff were cheery, helpful and considerate. Our room faced the airport and I never once heard any noise emanating from the closely runway. Convenient to airport and within walking distance (yes, we walked there) but I did take the shuttle back.

The hotel is very well situated for flight connection, the shuttle service is perfect. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient for us. We were brought a cot for our 2 year old, and they helped us with some luggage storage which made our travelling experience much more comfortable. There is a restaurant a short walk away, which had great beer and good dinner options. It’s a perfect choice for a quick stopover in Geneva. The shuttle to the airport is a serious win.

Just a note that there are THREE Nash accommodation options in the area. Make sure to confirm if you are booking Nash Suites, Nash Hotel or Nash Apartments. The shuttle is used for all three, but the check in and rooms are of course different.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very efficient courtesy service to and from the airport. The bar and snack bar has a good selection. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Great selection for breakfast!

Great hotel very close to The airport.

It’s a shame the bar was opening in the evening but the sister hotel next door’s bar was. The shape of the electrical plugs in the room was a pain and we had to buy an adapter from reception.

Long queue at reception. Shuttle full at airport and again at hotel next morning despite turning up in good time. No restaurant/bar in Nash suites, website totally misleading

Great location for airport and city. Excellent value. Second stay at suites and one in hotel. We are returning in a few weeks for overnight before flying home.

Small restaurant when weather is poor. No outside capacity in poor weather. Short staffed in restaurant and bar area. So staff on duty running around to keep up with demand.

Unfortunately the rooms were incredibly hot, the ac was not able to cool the room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Staff were able to provide fans but this did not help which meant a really poor sleep, such a shame as everything else was a superb. Daytime temp was 31°C in August so a bit above average.
