However, we would like to clarify that the reservation was made for another guest, with whom communication proved to be extremely difficult despite our repeated efforts — including using several translation tools to ensure understanding. Regarding the deposit, it is a standard procedure clearly stated before booking and applied uniformly to all our guests. As for the language, while our housekeeping staff may not speak German fluently, they always do their best to assist guests courteously and professionally. We strive to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all, and in certain circumstances, we may decide not to extend a stay to ensure this standard is preserved. Kind regards,
