Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumOnly a few things we don't like, and on top of that was a weird rule to throw away your waste almost 500 meters down the hill in a container. It was very very inconvenient. I think the property manager should take a note of that, and if they don't have a govt provided container near the apartment then they should find a way out, like adding cost on the cleaning cost, and they themselves fix the disposal of waste to the container. . In our situation, at the time we had to check out, it was heavy snowfall, and we had to first go to a container place which was more than 1/2km away down the hill and throw the garbage there and then climb back again. Also about the checkout, they want us to checkout before 10. Which is fine, but for that we have to give keys in their office before 10, which is again almost 4-5km away from apartment. If you dont have CAR, then this apartment is surely not comfortable at all.
Super Gorgeous location. 10/10 for location. It was scary when we arrived as it was dark by the time we reached and it was really on top of Grindelwald, just near the mountains, but the view in the morning was simply amazing. Will surely try to book again when i come back to Grindelwald.
