Dear Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. However, we would like to clarify the situation for all readers. You originally booked our Cosy Studio, a room designed for two people, but you arrived with a third guest. The day before your arrival, you messaged us requesting to change the reservation date due to private matters. Since the Studio was no longer available, we offered you another room, and you agreed. Unfortunately, we never received a reply from your side to confirm this change. When you arrived, we offered you a larger apartment suitable for three people at a discounted price, to which you agreed. However, two days later, you left the apartment without paying for the upgrade or the local tax. Despite our attempts to reach you through messages and calls, we have not received any response. We sincerely hope that future guests are not swayed by your misleading accusations. We understand that the walk up the hill can be challenging. Please note that the Sunnegga lift takes you from the town directly to CERVO, with your CERVO room key the lift can be used 24/7. Furthermore, we can arrange a transfer with our electric vehicle. We're glad to hear that you found our accommodations spacious and suitable for your group, allowing the little ones plenty of room to play. For bookings of 4 nights or more, the total price of the stay includes a midweek cleaning, just let us know the desired cleaning day on arrival. We also have a laundry room located on the 1st floor of the OVERLOOK Lodge with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. Washing powder is available free of charge. The price per hour for the washing machine or dryer is CHF 3.00. We understand your comment about the walkability from the town center and train station. While the location offers stunning views and a quieter atmosphere that is impossible to find closer to the center, it's true that the uphill walk can be challenging, especially with luggage.
