The walk up the hill. It would have been very helpful to have a washing machine, especially with 3 children less than 2 years of age. There was no maid service during the stay, which would have been helpful too.

The views were fantastic, however the walk up the hill is very steep. You could alternatively take a taxi, but that oculd get expensive if uses frequently. We had 6 adults / 1 baby in the 3 bedroom site and 2 adults, 2babies in the 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious and plenty of room for the babies to play.

There was quite a few construction and property renovation next to it when we were staying.

The lodge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with top-notch kitchen amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. Everything is meticulously clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the mountains, Matterhorn too, it is truly adding an extra layer of magic to the experience.

Slightly tough to walk to the property from town centre and train station as it is located uphill, especially with luggages.

- When ppl says steep uphill means 'really steep' but lucky it was a short steep walk recommend take a taxi who have big/heavy luggage or have health concern. - Washing machine in room, more garbage bags, firm pillows choices would be a plus - The apartment floor is a bit slippery with and without the carpet. small thing to concern if you have young kid or elderly. Overall, we really love this place. We can stay here all day enjoy the view.

The view of the Matterhorn is the best. The penthouse apartment is very comfortable. 2/3 bedrooms got beautiful views. Check-in, check-out was smooth. We had a really great time there. Thank you!

Amazing views of the Matterhorn! This was our fourth visit to Zermatt and we will never stay anywhere else again. Thank you for making us feel at home. We rented the penthouse apartment and had so much room for all seven of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were so nice and the location was perfect (close to the Sunnega lift).

We didn’t realise the actual hotel reception and lobby is a further walk up the hill - roughly an additional 5 mins but the hill is a bit steep. So just wish there was a bit more instructions on where to arrive to. Asking for help to take 2x luggages to reception upon checkout was not free - which was a bit disappointing given all the heavy snow and water on the hill to walk up in.

This is a great property and would definitely stay again! Brand new building and appliances/furnishings and felt very warm and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen area and the apartment had plenty of space in the living and bathroom. It’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street but was lucky enough to have had a great view of Matterhorn from the room - which made the longer walk worth it!! The free canvas bag and slippers were a nice touch as well.

Just have to be mindful that in order to reach the apartment from the main station, you have to take about 8 to 10 mins walk which included a very steep uphill slope which is absolutely challenging if you're travelling with a wheelchair or stroller. Going up with multiple luggages would be a feat too. They do provide a transfer which costs CHF20. It was a lifesaver for my family of 7 (including 7 big luggages and a wheelchair). Of course it would be more ideal if complimentary 2-way transfer was provided.

Love the view and everything about the apartment. The furnishings and supplies were good. TV was also very big. You can also see the Matterhorn very clearly if she is not hiding behind the clouds. It's my favourite accommodations among the 4 places I had stayed for the past 2 weeks in switzerland.

Size of the Room and the View

Take a bit effort to get to the place especially you need to push you luggage up to some slopes. Better to contact the property for picking up service.

The room is the best ever one through our whole Switherland trip. The place is large with 3 bed room and 3.5 bathrooms. Great for a group of 5-6. It's spacious with great facilities - nice kitchen, out door dining place and living room with great view. You can see the matterhorn and huge portion of the town in the living room. All the facilities are pretty new and clean. We cooked a few times when we were there. Also The check in process is smooth - all self service and easy to get the key. I would strongly recommend this place!

A steep uphill short walk up to the accommodation from town center. However it's worth the effort for it's perfectly unblocked views.

Superb views of Matterhorn. Very cosy and tastefully designed accommodation with 3 rooms and 3 spacious bathroom! Everything you need to stay, cook and laze are well provided for. Perfect for 2 small families or 1 larger family stay

We didn’t really appreciate the coffee machine because it was hard for us to understand how to operate it. A regular drip coffee machine where we could use our own ground coffee (Brazil, Costa Rica, etc) would have been to our liking. Lastly, the open shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain quickly.

This unit indeed has panoramic view! It is accessible to town. It provides transportation to the unit. The 3.5 bathrooms were nicely appointed and the bedrooms had great closet space. The management company was responsive and polite to our every request. As frequent travelers exceptional and productive communicate is an important part of the entire experience! So, thank you! Additionally, if the unit didn’t have an amenity it could be found in the collective common area.
