Thank you for your feedback and for appreciating our central location. We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the air conditioning. Unfortunately, due to new Swiss ecological regulations, portable air conditioners are no longer allowed. As we are currently undergoing renovations, we have had to adapt to these new standards. Fans will replace all air conditioning to ensure comfort for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again in the future.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the room comfortable and appreciated our central location near the lake and restaurants. Regarding the air conditioning, during periods of extreme heat it is indeed difficult to bring the temperature below 20°C in the lake view rooms, as the sun shines directly throughout the day. Due to the fact that our building from 1860 is protected, we are unfortunately not allowed to install larger or more powerful units. We are currently renovating step by step to improve the comfort of our guests, but this takes time in such a historic building. We hope to welcome you again under more pleasant weather conditions.

We are sorry to hear about the noise and the presence of ants during your stay. Unfortunately, in historic buildings like ours, built in 1860, occasional ant sightings can happen despite regular maintenance.
