The room was Ok but they need to do maintenance for the main door lock, and what I dont like is the "air conditioning" it is a portable low quality very noisy one. I wanted to open the window and get fresh air but it doesn't open fully, I have tried to pull the window shade down but does't work! Then I completely closed the window and tried to sleep in a hot stuffy room.

The location is just infront of the lake and many restaurants and cafes just next to it. The quality of the room is lower that its price! But I can understand, this is Switzerland and everything there is expensive!

Bathroom as a bit on the small size but served it's purpose. The lift was quite small but worked well. Nothing else to worry about.

Perfect location with balcony, water front setting and super lake view. Our room was on the 4th floor so above the trees in the small park in front of the hotel. Room was as you would expect with kettle and air cooler. The bed was super comfy. Plenty of shops and restaurants all close by and the station is just a 5 minutes walk away. As this is Montreux, the price is very reasonable. Very friendly reception and the young lady spoke excellent English.

It was very nice to have a balcony with a view, but if you're on the lower floors the view isn't as spectacular as in the picture: more trees and parasols than lake.

The location was really great, near the lake and the nice little path by it with lots of restaurants, bars, stores etc. It was nice to have a balcony. There's fan/ac unit (which is a bit noisy, we don't mind but others might). The staff was helpful, even when we were the 4th ones that day to leave our key inside by mistake.

Balcony door was difficult to close.

We arrived much earlier than planned, earlier than check-in time, and were able to check-in immediately, much appreciated! Receptionist was so bright and lovely. Great location right across from lakefront. Lake view from balcony was nice. Air conditioning was amazing. Extra options were unexpected and nice; we bought very discounted tickets through the hotel to Chaplin's World. Room itself is fine, fairly spacious. Window curtains kept light out well.

Basic room with poor lighting and no lake view or access to the balcony as roller shutter faulty and could only be raised 2 feet. Decoration required - white paint flaking off ceiling. Small shower and pressure could be better. Air conditioning unit noisy and took ages to cool the room fron 27 to 21 degrees. Breakfast very average but reflected in price.

We were attending the Montreux Jazz Festival, the hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the festival. The staff were very friendly.

We booked 2 rooms the same and didn’t get that!! One room was spacious and the other one was less roomy than a caravan and we paid the same for both Not happy about that

The bathroom door did not shut properly and the shower gel too high on the wall. As an older traveller I would have appreciated a grab rail next to the bath.

It was well placed with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The receptionist was delightful and extremely helpful.

Guests were given cards that could open all the doors and simply asked not to enter any other rooms. While we're very trusting of the other guests in general, it didn't seem right.

The staff were kind enough to accommodate our request for a quiet room. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the Montreux Jazz Festival.
