A bit of a faff finding and getting into the room, as coming from France we didn't quite make the 4pm check-in deadline. The door code wouldn't work, but a kind resident let us in. On arrival we were disappointed not to find the promised bottle of wine 😐

Quiet location, beautiful park and riverside walk. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

I can not comment on "Personal" as I haven't seen anyone. Check In is "doing it yourself". For what is being offered, its much to expensive, even for Swiss Standards.

It is only staffed in the morning so check-in requires key access via a key box. But this proved simple to use.

Location - in the grounds of the Wylihof golf club with a view on the Red Course.

It was a very clean room in a quiet part of town. I loved being able to look out onto the golf course and hear the birds chirping from my window. There was a trail running along the golf course that was perfect for an evening stroll. I would stay here again if I wanted a clean, peaceful getaway.

A little more info at the reception area. We came by bicycle and did not know where to leave them. But otherwise, a very nice stay!

The breakfast was very good, once we found the correct breakfast room. As there is no staff on site at reception time, we were not informed that the breakfast room had changed. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The location is special as it is in the middle of a large park/golf course. The room rate was very reasonable.

Nobody at the reception most part of the time. 1 day, the rom was cleaned. 1 time, the room was not closed when I came back. No tissue available in the room. Nothing complementary in the bathroom. I asked for a meeting room for 2 hours. I didn't get any answer. Access to the hotel not easy. The room is small.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I don't know if it was included or not. The place is quiet and beautiful in a park, but noisy sometimes in the morning due to maintenance works on the golf course.

Advertised mosquito screens did not exist, as it was hot and no A/C available a real nuisance since it was a booking reason. No change of room or discount for the inconvenience was offered. Breakfast was rather limited in choice, though quality of products was good. Short time window (8-9am). Cleaning of room did not take place even though door hanger was used to ask for a cleaning. While it’s location on a golf course should be idyllic in theory, the positions of our room near the workshop sheds meant that all the maintenance machines drove past our window early in the morning ruining any idyllic option to sleep longer with their loud noises. Service overall non-existent: Barely any staff interaction.

Plenty parking, clean rooms. We got a discounted price / special deal and so it can be considered a well-priced option for Kanton Solothurn, but I would not consider it worthwhile at full price.

no staff at checkin even if I arrived pretty early (7pm) if the key box for late checking makes totally sense, I can barely admit that there is no staff to welcome clients at 7pm in a 4 star hotel ! from my standpoint this is highly disappointing and not professional breakfast was very poor as well. no staff at all. cheap food with no variety

The room was of exceptional quality; the beds, shower, doors, lighting, all was truly exceptional and finished with high quality materials. Nothing felt cheap, worn out, etc. The checking in was very easy and convenient. We also liked the location on a golf park which was quiet and green. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the same site which served very tasty food in a classy ambiance.

We had a confirmed booking at a price of 107€. The hotel charged us 114€, and when I claimed the 107€ I got an unprofessional answer. Wifi for us is important. At the reception desk they were not able to provide the access code. Very unpleasant, it put us in a difficult situation. The breakfast room was too crowded, Covid-19 is still present. We didn’t feel safe.
