While we are pleased to learn that your arrival experience and the general attitude of our team initially left a positive impression, we are truly disheartened to read about the service shortcomings you encountered during your visit to our restaurant, and again upon departure. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconsistencies in communication and for the lack of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated during your attempt to dine with us. What you described does not reflect the level of service we are committed to delivering, nor the values that define our brand.
