    Hotel is nice and clean also check in was smooth and the employees were polite in general..

    we came for dinner to the restaurant after our long trip in the mountains and it was around 9:30 pm , then went to the restaurant and asked them if they are still open , the gentleman at the door said yes the restaurant open till 10:30 but only you can sit outside or lobby lounge he said.. Then we went up to the room showered and changed to have a nice dinner, when we arrived to outside part of the restaurant the employees weren’t really happy to see us and it was just still 10 pm , we said we would like to have dinner they said they closed but we can eat something in the lobby lounge then i said but your colleague told us you close @10:30 pm then she said let me call my manager then she came back she said please have a sit, then after no one brought the menu , then another waiter came he said but we are closing then i explained to him what we spoke with his colleague then he said ok, right behind him there was an African lady she came she said in a very rude way , you can have only drink but also you need to pay for it right away.. I was literally shocked.. i looked at her and said wow what a five star hotel and she didn’t even care.. Then we moved to the lobby lounge and explained this to the manager a lady, she apologized and try to give us a bootle of wine to our room but i didn’t accept it.. Then we had our dinner and left they complimented the two glasses of wine for us to show a gesture.. However im someone who has a hospitality background and worked with the best hotel chain in a management position this attitude definitely unacceptable and ruined all my good ideas about the hotel and the brand.. i would never stay again in this hotel.. Ps : On the way out when i went for the check out no one even cared to asked me how was my stay.. check in was very warm check out was very cold..

Furthermore, we regret that your checkout experience did not offer the warmth and recognition one should expect when leaving a luxury property, particularly after having voiced prior concerns.     The hotel charged me the amount for both rooms, which I already paid in booking.com. they said they didn’t receive any money from booking.com and that I have to contact Booking.com to reverse the transaction back to my account. They charged me twice and I still didn’t get my money back. Where’s my money???

We can confirm that no duplicate or erroneous charges were applied by the hotel. The additional charge you observed was a pre-authorization hold, which is a standard industry practice used to secure incidental expenses. This hold is temporary and is released by the issuing bank in accordance with their processing timelines.     Very disappointing as we arrived and already informed them of our arrival time. Room was not ready and while they couldn’t offer any additional rooms except with additional charge when we got our rooms they were not clean and all beddings were on the floor and chairs! Extremely disappointed at the service and experience they provide to their customers

    It is an aging property and even to call reception or concierge had to call numerous times just for someone to answer.

    Always decent nice staff in general

    Dor the money, honestly, it feels a bit like a pver priced sheraton/hilton i dont want to insult them as the basic amenities and look and feel of the hotel are way higher but it feels a bit out of touch with the pricing
