Staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. Excellent location and also a bit away from all the busyness of the town. Fabulous view of the Matterhorn. Excellent spa facilities and indoor and outdoor pools.

Our two days were magical in every way. From the minute we were picked up from the train station we felt cared for and valued. We arrived to the Matterhorn glowing … with the staff sharing our excitement … immediately taking photos of us while it was on display..just fabulous! Tanya at the front desk went above and beyond. It was my birthday celebration and she immediately wished me a happy birthday. The tour she gave us of the Hotel was amazing.. it was like she was showing us her home.. so much love and pride for her job, the Hotel and us… the guests! Our corner suite with a view of the Matterhorn was homely, elegant…simply exquisite! A happy birthday card on the side board….just a lovely touch! Dinner was incredible… the chef came out singing… birthday cake in hand that he had lovingly made.. just the best! Lewis was fabulous helping us curate our daily activities. Breakfast was truly a treat. The service the staff provided was beyond… an exceptional team of truly beautiful people… I commend you all. A business is its people… and you have nailed it… thank you from the bottom of my heart. I shall never return to Zermatt but my memories will be held close to my heart forever and your Hotel created these memories for me!! Thank you.

The pool and location and breakfast were the highlights. I would argue this is the best property in zermatt. Beds are incredibly comfortable and towels replenished twice a day which was much appreciated. Very “ Wes Anderson “ style hotel which was beautiful and fun. Lovely accommodating staff and excellent spa facilities. Would definitely come back!

There was renovation work ongoing so there was construction noise during the day. The hotel provided us a note of apology, two drink vouchers, and chocolates for the inconvenience. As we were out most of the day, it wasn’t too bad. But would ask about any renovation work when booking in the future.

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and great views of the Matterhorn. Good location, close but off the Main Street so didn’t have to worry about street noise. Staff was very helpful.

The shower has a system of hot water that is unreliable. We had to run the water about 10 minutes before it gets warm. Very disappointing. The fitness room is very basic and under equipped.

90% of the staff were absolutely wonderful. A couple of the restaurant staff were a bit rude. Room was listed/pictured as a matterhorn view. You could see the view from the balcony but not from the room. Should be listed as a partial view or similar.

Beautiful hotel, big spacious rooms. Phenomenal breakfast. Top location near main street. The spa facilities were wonderful and pools were kid friendly. Really easy transfer from train station in their vehicle.

The outdoor pool with a direct view to the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The service by the staff and concierge was top notch, making the trip an absolute wonder.

Everything was exceptional . No complains

Excellent interior design; amazing view to Matterhorn from the pool and from our room; wide variety of stuff for breakfast- good quality, fresh juices and fruits; staff is very professional and helpful ; sauna is small ( 3 options) but sufficient to relax after a hike ; we also had dinner at the Grill restaurant and loved it - especially the Tatar and tuna tataki; we also used the option of the free shuttle from and to the train station - although short distance , it helps with the luggage. Pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable . The room was very spacious. If we go back to Zermatt, we’d stay there again

1) The breakfast hot meals did not have as many vegetarian options as we have seen in other hotels. For e.g there was no hashbrowns or roasted potatoes, or roasted vegetables. 2) The washbasin size in the toilet can be reduced - it is quite big and too close to the toilet bowl making it a bit tricky to get up from the toilet seat without hitting oneself on the washbasin.

The rooms very luxurious and very tastefully designed. For the two Matterhorn facing rooms we had, the views of Zermatt village and the Matterhorn was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure we were very comfortable. They have a nice free shuttle service to pick us up from the railay station and drop us back.

Staff were helpful and kind. Facilities are first-class, very clean. They fix and make-up the rooms daily. I love my room it's overlooking Matterhorn. Requested for this when I booked the hotel room and they gave it to me. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast area is very nice. Mapapakain ka malaga! (you will really have the appetite to eat)

This hotel is a beauty in Zermatt. You can see Matterhorn. The views are amazing, it's an easy walk into town, and the decor is spectacular. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The staff were extremely friendly. BEAUSiTE has the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have experienced throughout our multi week travels in Europe. The spa and outdoor pool were fantastic! The breakfast buffet and staff was above and beyond. We did not want to leave. Definitely recommend staying here, and will stay here again the next time we are in Zermatt.
