Super easy Self-Check in and check out process and walkable to main location in Zermatt. Staff was super helpful when we were looking for activities and how to get around. Free maps are also provided

The mirror had a big smudge when we entered the room and we were at eye level with an office opposite the street which was a bit unnerving und had us keep the blinds closed.

Easy check in with fantastic environment!

The hotel is worth the money, but the rooms are a bit tight for people with worse fitness, if you use the higher beds. Modern and nice looking.

Very strict with check-out times and the automated procedure. The rooms were really tight.

Very modern, completely operated without any staff

Room was modern and clean. Bedding was nice.location was convenient.

The bunk bed railing was a wooden attachment that easily fell off. There was a fire alarm in the lobby that went off for 2 days without being fixed.

The room itself was nice, cozy and clean. Same for the bathroom. We appreciated the luggage storage and we used it as well, but no lock there so anyone could come and grab.

Unfortunately it is 15mins walk from the town centre which doesn't seem much, but after a day of walking, not having everything at your doorsteps is a bit inconvenient. There is a free bus stop 5 to 7 mins walk from the accomodation, but it can be full and it passes every 10 minutes I think.

Modern and clean

Quite far down away from the centre (10 minute walk), tiny room. Bunk beds were extremely noisy

Nice and new design, not far from the train station (10min walk). The self check-in and out was very nice and easy. We didn't have a view from our room, but it's close to the viewpoint

The area is the end of the town, a bit industry. but it's not too bad

No breakfast

Needed a room late at night in Zermatt and this was the cheapest option, although it wasn´t cheap. Room was small but did the job. Shower and shower facilities were good as well and I slept well in the bed. Had to be out before 10am which I found a bit early. There is a selfserving machine downstairs with drinks and sweets.

The room was like I said, small, and I could touch the ceiling without stretching myself (I am 182cm). I had to sit sideways on the toilet because of the sink took up to much space and due to this, the lower bunker was almost on the floor while topbunker was way to close to the ceiling so I wonder if it´s legal to rent out room like this.

The owner was so helpful and kept in touch with all the information required Amazing place with all the necessary facilities
