We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location: You can’t beat this hotel’s location—right at the Vella gondola! A true ski-in, ski-out experience that makes your trip effortless and enjoyable. Facilities: The hotel is exceptionally well-managed, featuring a modern ski room, bar, restaurant, and a versatile kids/multi-functional room. A nice touch is the welcome water bottle waiting in your room upon check-in. Room: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff (The Highlight!): The staff and management here are outstanding—professional, warm, and truly among the best in Switzerland! I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. Highly recommended!

Everything was awesome. In summer at night you can see fantastic sky with billions of stars, you breathe amazing air, you just can sit and literally do nothing just with total relax. Hotel is perfect - wonderful and helpful staff, stylish room with a large terrace, fantastic restaurant. And it's quiet. Full mental detox in summer - that's what I like.

EstoniaThere is no table (only very small one), if you want to eat in the room. We woke up on Saturday morning on 5 o’clock because of loud church bells for several minutes. But this is there culture and we should respect it, so we just wait for it to end and slept further :)
The location is perfect! Quiet and amazingly beautiful. Staff is very nice! Special thanks to the lady, who serves the breakfast, she is so kind and pleasant person. Breakfast has some vegetarian options, gluten free muesli, pancakes, pistachio crème (the best one), eggs, ham etc. even herbal tea, which is really good. The service is swiss - meaning “other countries should learn, how to do that” - it’s the quality. The price for this quality and place is very convenient. Also we got upgrade of the room for free.

Breakfast was very nice and stuff gave us such a good service in a huge kindness. We were specially fond of Suzan from the reception . She was so friendly and kind and was happy to suggest travel tracks. And good advices. Room was nice clean comfortable.

NorwayThe room was so warm i had to go sleep in our camping car at 2am, even though we had both windows open. So much for having a break from the camping car at a hotel. I told the reception in the morning and they said it was because of all the wood. It's a concrete building. It's because there was no ventilation, at least not a sufficient one. And then she said thanks for informing us and handed me the bill. Will probably be comfortable in early spring, late fall and winter time.
Great waiters at the restaurant, helpful and friendly. The bathroom is great, and the rooms are nice. They have soaps for the babies which is a great plus. We did get an upgrade, which was nice, but unnecessary.
