Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The best apartment for family vacation. It is perfectly located in the center of the village. Very beautiful clean big with an amazing view. The balcony is huge and you can sit all day just looking at the mountains. Kitchen is fully equipped and is really perfect. There are 3 bathrooms and in one of them you can enjoy a jacuzzi. The host Victoria and Henrik are really nice and helpful. There is a washing machine inside the apartment. Also it is perfect for ski vacation. Very close to the lifts and You can get 3 free lockers in cesar sport it's for 6 pairs of ski from the hosts. Being in Victoria Home felt like home together with being a paradise . Check in and check out is very flexible according to your needs. The best apartment for family and ski vacation with stunning view. Don't look for anything else just order this apartment and you will have a great stay. We are already booking our next vacation in this amazing apartment. 👏

SwitzerlandOnly downside - and for us as a family a killer argument - are the late check-in (4pm) and early check-out times (9am!). basically you loose a day with those times and the early check-out doesn’t even allow for a last breakfast before leaving.
We loved the place, very spacious and the property kept what the pictures promised. the view is fantastic and the welcome of the hosts was much appreciated! well organised, super well equipped and very clean, a great place indeed!!!

We called 4 different taxi companies had no luck and had to haul our luggage to the property and it’s on a hill lol so it will be your first hike :) and make sure to read all instructions given by owner and get the citi card QR code ahead of time
We were a family of 4 plus a family of 2. Loved the space it’s an apartment with a loft. Kitchen is fully supplied. Fully furnished inside and on patio. Owners are responsive. On a fifth floor with elevator and gorgeous views

SwitzerlandThere was a miscommunication between the host and their cleaners before our arrival which meant there was no key left in the key box when we arrived. We had to wait 30-40mins before this was sorted but it seemed like a once off event.
The location was excellent with probably the best view of the mountains from any apartment in the valley. Place was very clean and comfortable. There was also a nice touch with a personalized Christmas card on arrival.
