reception is nice and helpful but absence minded. I paid for parking but she didn't mark in the system. luckily I have the receipt to proof myself.

the room is too dark, not enough light the mouth wash glass is dirty no complimentary water bottle, the water dispenser in the lobby does not have water

Love the view, just in front of the lake. The sauna was good as well

They do not clean the room daily. The pool was out of service, and elevators went out of service one day

Location was perfect.

No sign to tell you where reception was (uostairs) or where lift was Couldn't get proper meal on first night. Sheets not ironed. Bedside lights awkward. Cigarette butt's in empty window box Nice pool but not supervised or watched on video and hard to get in and out. I was afraid to use it. One staff member super others not knowledgeable or helpful.

The hotel is quite old and not so fancy, however majority of the hotels in this area are old. Rooms are ok for 3 stars. Breakfast could be better. But generally we like it because it was way cheaper than the surrounding facilities and satisfied our main criteria - excellent location with lake and Mountain View and good place to sleep. We didn’t expect much taking into account the price difference with other similar places. I read here that people were disturbed with a bell ringing all the time. Neither me nor my husband heard it at night or early morning. Maybe we were so tired and fell asleep very deep. Anyway I doubt that late evening and early morning someone will ring the church bell. Actually there is a church, but the sound is produced during the day and all area in few km radius can hear it, not only this hotel. Maybe it happens during the weekdays. We stayed got weekend only.

We could not find stuff on reception during checkout, we’re waiting for 30-40 min. Besides, we forgot one thing in the room and tried to call to the hotel to inform about it, but no one answered for long time, so we drove back because we’re afraid it would be lost later.

It looked like a blind man had decorated. Renovations that were weird like a glass wall in the bathroom and then a curtain as an after thought. Not able to even get a bottle of water sent to the room. No room service. Mini bar empty and filthy. No aircon. Dead or no plants in the planter on the balcony. Creased sheets, looked like someone had someone had slept in them previously. One lumpy pillow each. About the worst hotel I have stayed in. Definitely not 4 star.

Very poorly managed hotel, one elevator was not working, no toilet paper in public restrooms, smelly and old dust showing everywhere. They have removed the sliding doors from bathrooms in the rooms and replaced them with curtains instead, who does that in 4 star hotel? Maybe in a 1 star hotel. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, their mini fridge steal has a sign/ list of items and prices on it but nothing inside, receptionist told me they were aware of this , really? The balconies had a beautiful views from, but they have planted some flowers there that died long time ago. Looks like somebody who is responsible for running this place only cares for charging high price and collecting profit not offering in return a 4 star hotel feel. BE AWARE.

The room and the hotel are very old, not well maintaned, not all the lights work, things are broken in the room, not worth the money

WIFI does NOT work in room - I was promised a free cancellation since the WIFI only works if you sit in dinning room or reception. Half of the gym was broken and sign says that it could not be used.

Elevator didnt work. Not very clean. Smoked like smoke in the rooms. Tv remote could use a good clean

Staffs(Sara and Abdo ) are very friendly . Hospitality was superb . They help us throughout our stay.

Gym is not organise properly Spa was great and breakfast menu was bit limited.
