SwitzerlandOverall, I really enjoyed the hotel, but there was a bit of inconsistency with the rooms. Even though we were a group of 12 paying the same price, some of my friends ended up in much older, less appealing rooms. Personally, my experience was great, but the variation in room quality was a downside for others in our group.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The room was spotless and felt freshly renovated. Perfectly located right in front of a bus stop, just a 15-minute ride to Saas Fee. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, adding to an already fantastic experience. Plus, it was all at a really great price.

SwitzerlandBest possible location in Saas Grund - 50m away from gondola. Ski storage in winter and locked compartment for bicycles in the summer. Great bar. Bus stop just at the front door if one decides to go to Saas Fee. Good breakfast. Amazingly friendly and helpful (knowledgeable) hosts.

SwitzerlandThe room was very noisy till 2:00 AM due to loud music from the bar underneath and we could not rest or sleep. The room was badly renovated by simply painting old and cheap furniture in grey. The beds were of very low quality. The breakfast was cheap and mediocre.
The staff tried there best to be hospitable.
