There's too much unused or broken furniture on the 1st floor. Too much 'old' disused furniture on each floor that does not match the antique atmostphere.

Great location, decent quality for the price, checked-in earlier, which was super-convenient.

Dark halls, weird breakfast.. I have an allergy to gluten, so hoped to find at least eggs for breakfast.. but ended up eating yogurt and a slice of cheese. No selections at all. Some people were just coming, seeing that there’s nothing and leaving. But given the price and location, can’t complain. There is supermarket nearby and cafes, easy to find food.

You have to remember that you are getting good value for money. It’s definitely not the fanciest stay, but it’s clean and great for a short stay. We were there with 3 young kids and it felt a bit like scouts camp :)

This Hotel is in front of Scuol Bad. Very nice Location. The Hotel is old but that's why the price is low for the stay. I feel like I am visiting my grandmother during stay in this Hotel. The Hotel allows me to cancel my trip after the day "no money return". So I could get a Voucher for the next Year instead. Thank you very much for this!

We were on a hiking holiday, so away somewhere in the mountains every day. We each had a different sort of room, some with and some without ensuite toilet/bathroom. This one-time ‘belle-époch’ hotel is in need of total renovation but was comfortable enough and the price for a night was exceptionally good. A good breakfast was included in the price. Jakob at the reception and kitchen was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay, we really enjoyed talking to him! The hotel has a wonderful collection of old furniture etc on the spacious landings as well as many original paintings hung on the walls.

This is an old & unusual and rather large hotel, it isn’t luxury but nevertheless very interesting - if you accept this, it’s a wonderful place to stay and exceptionally good value! So no real complaints from us!!

The hotel location is exceptional, just in front of the thermal baths. I had a very nice view from my room. The building is very charming: some people wrote in their reviews that everything is old, but for me it was not a problem at all, since it was somehow adding to the atmosphere of the hotel. The dinning room, where I had breakfast was spacious and beautiful, I felt I was having my breakfast in a palace. Jakub is super friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was extremely proactive in addressing all the questions I had.

It took me a bit of time to understand where the entry of the building was. The hotel itself you see immediately from the street. Then you have to go up the stairs (follow the indication to the bar). I have back problems, the bed was not very comfortable to my taste.

The hotel is huge comparing to other, so, there is more chance to get a room. The facilities are controversial but the view... Oh, my god, this view from the window!

The building is 100 years old, do not expect much silence.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and the included breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend:)

I like to stay in histtorical buildings that once have seen great times

People throuing their litter out of the window, balcony, the whole roof of the dining room is full of cigarette leftovers, cans and bottles. It should be cleaned

Go there only if everything else is booked.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar stayed open late and it was fun staying up late.

The rooms and bathrooms need remodeling.
