Great stay at the Radisson! This time, I chose a reliable chain hotel where I knew what to expect—and location was key due to my scheduled meetings. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, but still comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re not set on finding a boutique spot in the old town but prefer something practical and dependable.

There appeared to be a bit of an atmosphere amongst the staff. They were professional and helpful but didn't seem to be happy in their work😕

The two pillows provided were too soft for us, but additional pillows were provided on request.

This is a modern hotel about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. We had a superior room which came with complimentary water and a kettle and coffee machine. Great air-conditioning and shower. Immacutely clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Has a great restaurant and bar. Easy to get to on public transport. The bus station is opposite the train station and jump on a number 3 or 4. We were also given a voucher for free public transport during our 3 day stay.

The one lady at reception was unbelievably rude. I’ve never experienced something like that before. The other at check-in was wonderful though. So the experience is mixed. This is not a 4 star at the moment. Perhaps some years ago, but not now. The gym agreement they have is a good alternative, but it is nearly a kilometer away. You will find everything you need there though.

Good beds and pillows for a comfortable sleep. Nespresso machine in the room is great for an early coffee.

Unfortunately the entry way to our room smelled terrible, the kind of smell that is associated with either mold or urine from animals. We are also surprised by the fact that the heating/HVAC in the room did not work, with the exception of the standard radiator from the bathroom - the problem was not fixed because there was nobody from the technical team available during our week-end stay, however the team did provide us with a small electric heater that did its job.

Very welcoming staff, provided helpful instructions. We also got upgraded to a junior suite, which we appreciated. The beds and the linens were excellent, bathroom and the amenities as well.

Brown stains on one of my towels. Very warm in the room even with the air-conditioning on full so would have been nice to have been able to open more windows.

Mini fridge was "free" but the 2 free waters inside were not really cooled. The shower door was out of glass and creaked really loudly when opened or closed. I know small details but those would improve the stay :)

The location is ok, but not great. The decor in our room was a little tired. There wasn’t anything to complain about, but I wouldn’t say there was anything particularly special, either.

The hotel has underground parking which was great. The bed was comfy, but not large, and when we asked we were supplied with an extra pillow each which made for a better nights sleep.

There was no hand washing soap so we used the body shower gel. The hairdryer didn't work and was somehow sticky.

Quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. The room was big and clean.
