Beautiful large apartment with lots of light, great view onto mountains and big balcony. Kitchen fully equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Buses abd train stations in 5min walking distance.

The room would be improved by having a refrigerator and microwave. The location was not very good for people arriving on foot. There is a lot of construction around the hotel that makes it difficult to reach it directly.

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. Large bedroom with excellent shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff who helped me access the laundry room to wash my hiking clothing.

The room is very hot at night. but then in the early morning the room cool off (or we get use to the heat maybe).

During our stay it was +30°C to +33°C. It should be noted there is no air-conditioning but air-conditioning is not as common in Switzerland as other countries and it was hard to sleep. The staff helped as much as possible with providing fans and I think if less than 25°C this would never be an issue.

Great location when travelling around by car. We were able to explore during the day and go swimming in a lake 6 mins away at night. Room was excellent. You can tell it is a new build and still have some fine details to be completed but this did not bother us and we really enjoyed our stay. If we go back I will likely stay here if available. The staff were welcoming and very helpful also.

Location, posturepedic beds with adjustable mattresses, big bathroom that is thoughtfully set up to cater for accessibility / mobility / elderly requirements. Good sized kitchen, well equipped and good view of the mountains. Free parking and a decent spread for breakfast.

I didn’t like that the showers were not fully enclosed. Lots of water ends up on the floor. Air conditioning or fans would be a good addition. That area gets hot and humid in the summer and the airflow isn’t great in the rooms, even with the windows open. I wish there was more than one washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The building is brand new, everything is clean and works well. There’s a laundry room for longer stays.

The accommodation is located in the quiet town of Collombey vallage, you can easily reach elsewhere by the local train or Regional train R72. Restaurants and supermarket just around 10 minutes walk to Monthey-En Place. The Apartment had just newly renovated everything were very clean. The Staff are super friendly and helpful, as we had arrived by early flight, they immediately arranged the check-in for us !

The apartment was just delightful and a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.
