Good hotel in a quite village

I am a very early riser so early breakfast would have been appreciated, but I survived :) Else everything was really great.

Spacious room, double bed, a bitt dark because it was on the second floor and under the roof. Else the bathroom was huge, well equipped and provided good bath products. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were excellent and not too pricey. Local products highly appreciated. Staff incredibly attentive and welcoming.

Very pleasant location, comfortable bed and a lot of entertainment at the property. Very old and used balcony chairs, the balcony is also shared with other guests which I didn't expect, also it only had a couple of chairs and no tables.

The hotel is a little close to the street but then it's not a street with heavy traffic. To walk to the next supermarket, it's around 15-20 minutes (Olivone).

The staff was super nice. The public transportation to Campra only goes at weekends to the cross country area. We found out too late but then the hotel staff drove us there and picked us up again. Super nice. Nice and spacious double room, nice little gym well equipped, we ate twice in the restaurant, good food. Also the breakfast was super nice. Great coffee 😁. I would come back.

The menu at the restaurant is a bit of lotto, pizza and steak were bad. The spa and gym are not usable: the rooms are very cold, there is no spa chill out area, no bathrobes. The private bathrooms are very dark

Room temperature was too hot. About 27 -28°C. With a down duvet it was uncomfortable. Geared towards winter sports, not summer heatwaves.

I got a better room than the one I booked. A room with a magnifocent view. The staff were very kind. I got clothes washed. They served a rich breakfast and the food in their restaurant was splendid.

Staff decided to have a karaoke party in the multi-purpose room, blasting music until 2am on a Tuesday night and refused to turn music off when asked at around midnight. Could hear it on the 2nd floor of the hotel and barely got any sleep. First time in my life I’d had to ring the police for help because staff were making noise.

Lovely lovely lovely! It was all marvellous! We've been only 1 night but the hospitality received has been 5-star hotel! Everyone was super welcoming and available, the location is unbelievable and the view is phenomenal! We stayed for lunch as well and we highly recommend the polenta with mushrooms and the simple mixed leaf salad with italian dressing, what a pleasure! Best of everything, the bed! I haven't slept that well in years! And the curtains were PERFECTLY BLACK OUT!!! Good job! Will 100% recommend! Thanks for having us!

Rooms were spacious and clean. DELICIOUS breakfast and dinner options. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! They went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary trip was special! A wonderful family owned business that is a great example of dedication and love in every aspect of the stay! Thank you guys! We will be coming back! (Hopefully with more friends and family to stay!)
