Not much has been invested into modern rooms, so they feel a bit out of time. For the facilities, the price was incredibly high. But I guess that is the standard in Grindelwald.

The hotel was close to the center, easy to reach and easy to go out. Quiet and absolutely great view from the balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing fancy, but absolutely OK for our purpose. Cozy room with pefect view on Eiger from balcony. Very nice staff, they have prepared breakfast package for us as we were leaving early for Junfraujoch trip. Free parking in front of the hotel without a problem to find a space. Thank you!

Electric plugs were not in the right place, i.e. next to a mirror. One was in a wardrobe and loose. Thin walls.

We had a room overlooking the Eiger, which was special. Breakfast was excellent a good variety of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view is amazing, the balcony makes it special, the room was clean and comfy. Do not miss the breakfast, it is worth it!

The lack of a small fridge, the safe was not working and the bathroom, although functional and fine with its decor, it just needed cleaning and upgrading. Also we only had a sheer curtain for the room's window so no real privacy at all.

The staff were great. Location was good and the room very comfortable.

The only bad thing is the pillow, the worst I've ever seen. As I've seen others complaining about the pillow since 2023, I really think their pillows cannot last any longer and in desperate need of changing. As I planned to drive back to paris the next day, the pillow didn't help at all. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to bring your own pillow.

Ample on-site parking infront of the hotel and also with a big garage, beautiful view super convenient location and nice breakfast, the decor is quite classical and cozy personaly I like it.

Cute and cosy room with everything you need as a base. Just outside the main town which made it very quiet at night. An easy walk into town or a local bus. Perfect views at breakfast out to Eiger.

Beautiful location away from the busy town centre. Lovely view from balcony and lots of hot water for a soak in the bath. Room serviced daily. Breakfast very nice, good selection of buffet food.

An AC or even a fan would have been good - yes even in Grindelwald, summer months are warm - we had to open the window wide which had the side effect of a few tiny insects - but this was not a menace.

The views! almost at the edge of the town and therefore closer to the mountains. Walkable from the station (and its a lovely walk with mountain views) but with heavy luggage you will need to take the bus or taxi. Breakfast is good but cooked items are limited especially if you are not a meat eater but plenty of non cooked stuff. Breakfast balcony has spectacular views.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — everything was fresh and well prepared, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the snow-capped Alps from the dining area. The staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is not far from the town center — just 2 bus stops away, and the bus ride is quick and easy.

The shower was uncomfortable in that you had to stand in a very small area so that the water would not flood the floor.

The breakfast was excellent and similar to the other hotels we stayed in. The evening meal was delicious.

It was very hot in our room which received afternoon sun so even with the window open it was still very hot until the early morning.

Perfect for our needs . Excellent quiet location , on a street around the corner from the Main Street and 2 minutes walk from the bus stop ! We loved the views of the Eiger and surrounding mountains from our balcony . The rooms have been recently updated and were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The facility is very old. The bathtub, sink and toilet were dirty and stained. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together there was a wood rail between myself and my lover which made i5 hard to hold each other.

The location is amazing with beautiful views.
