The road is very close, which can cause a lot of noise in the evenings, but they provided ear plugs and I slept very well.

The breakfast was excellent , and the food in the restaurant and overall service were great. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The room was cleaned every day.

View of the lake was great, breakfast was great, we enjoyed watching the sheep. The staff was super friendly and patient with us, as we know very little German and were able to get by with English. We enjoyed looking at birds along the lakeside, and refreshing ourselves with a swim. We like that the hotel and adjacent restaurant are family owned. Note that there is a road that runs between the hotel and the lake -- so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to use the ear plugs that the hotel very kindly provides.

I would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in my room.

A super stay overlooking the lake. As requested I was in a ground floor room to make it easy going in and out with my dog. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. Also the restaurant did an excellent job of dealing with my allergies.

I had a room looking onto the parking lot so it was pretty quiet. The room was quite big and very clean. It was good to have a sauna and access to the beach. The restaurant has good food, a little expensive if you are not accustomed to prices in this region.

Bed was too hard. I’d recommend a pillow topper option maybe in the closet?

Peaceful stop especially my room at the back of the hotel, a really nice, big room (301) that I really liked for the size and the great bathroom and shower, nice sofa.

The property was maintained well and staff were very friendly. However the building doesn’t have air conditioner and there’s no window screen. Therefore guests suffer from either heat or mosquitos and flies. The location is breathtaking and the neighbourhood is very beautiful with lots of adorable cozy cafes and mom & papa’s shops. You here the cows voice and sheep's bell noise in the distance which are priceless, very calming environment.

There is nothing I didn’t like, it’s just a little input, it would be nice to able to make coffee or tea.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding landscape. The restaurant is also very good. Very pleasant staff.

The road ourside our window created noise, though with window closed it didn't bother us too much.

The location is beautiful and the lake is close by (need only to cross the road). The lake is wonderful for swimming with extraordinary views. Breakfast was German style with excellent breads.

a bit noisy the room at the sea side, but not that much, it is tolerable. If you want a more quiet room, maybe better to take a room at the mountain side.

The contact phone number I was given after having booked the rooms was not always manned in the late afternoon. I therefore had to try to call the number several times to change my travel arrangements.

Wonderful location, plentiy of free parking spaces nearby, helpful and friendly staff, Comfortable bed and a bathroom that surpasses any expectations.

It is on a road with some traffic but the building did a good job of keeping the noise out. Seemed a little like the carpet was pretty sun faded, but with a stunning westerly facing lake view that is understandably tough to manage.

The view is unbelievable! Such a pretty lake with a view of the alps to the south. Private beach/lake access was a wonderful surprise.

The location is beautiful, but I was most impressed by the super service I was given. My flight was delayed into Zurich and I called to say there was no way I would make it before reception closed. When I arrived super late, the hotel had kept reception open so that I could check in and when I went to breakfast they had printed a map for me to show me how to drive to my meeting later that day.
