Clean, well equipped and as described. Very nice apartment!

Close to downtown Zermatt, fifteen minute walk. The unit was adequately appointed

No fault of the owner there is major construction in Zermatt. But we should have been warned we were in the middle of the constructions zone . The alleyway was horrible…. Garbage and discarded wood. The balcony overlooked the core of wood storage with ongoing vehicle traffic. The day they emptied the porta potty was discussing! A little warning from the owner would have been nice? Finding the actual unit in the group of buildings was a challenge. There was a one floor only elevator but then we had to exit that building to find another and hike up three floors with our luggage. Plus there is a train running nearby multiple times a day. Another point the city tax has to be paid in cash! FYI

Charming apartment, clean and well appointed.

It was not clear which building and apartment it was in a complex of four, It is called Rossignol II, but was in the B building unit up on the third floor. Better directions accompanied by a photo or video would have been helpful.

It was really nice staying in the apartments which was clean & location was good

It is really clean and new. Location is good. Just walk straight from the Main Street left of the train station. Look out for the brown sign with Rossignol. Get some small notes ready to pay the city tax.

There is no lift. With big luggage it is a big hassle. There are also no shampoos but we have got our own so it is fine. There is no dryer. But the washing machine can spin dry the clothes.

The place was spacious and came with a full set of kitchen essentials. We all cooked and had a meal comfortably.I took a bath in the tub after a cold day in the mountains. It was easy check in and check out. Simply leave the keys on the table to get and pick up.

The upstairs bed is a little hard, but it is okay. The rest of the place being comfortable vibe wise made up for the hard bed. The blankets were comfortable as well. The couch was more comfortable in my opinion. Overall no other complaints. Host was an amazing communicator as well.

-Near the train station -There is supermarket nearby -Clean and equipped with the things you need -Spacious and pleasant interior, looks newly renovated -Has a view of Matterhorn -Safe location -Friendly and helpful host

-There is noise from outside like people shouting because it is beside a warehouse or something -It is not well ventilated thus we have to open windows and hear the noise outside -There is no elevator going to the apartment building block where we stayed. There is elevator from the entrance going to the building blocks but not in the building block of the apartment itself.

Very spacious and clean.

Better to have a microwave oven. No flexibility regarding luggage storage before check in.

The appartment was very clear, comfortable and spacious.

Despite it has almost everything you need, it was a disappointment to find out that after a long trip there wasn't shampoo or soap to enjoy a douche. And the supermarkets were closed! Also, it was just beside a very noisy machine yard.
