Next to the train station. Beware: This is not the one for most international trains. Big parking opposite the street. SFR 25 for one night. Very close to the messe.

The room was big and comfortable . Close to the center of Bazel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We forgot our key, but it was easy to request a replacement even after 6:00 pm. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. The room was bright and airy.

The sofa bed and single were uncomfortable. Although we booked the room for five people, it was only equipped with two cups, two glasses, and a single chair. It would be perfect for only 2 guests.

Easy checking, nice staff and very helpful. Rooms were ok, nothing special, but fine.

Breakfast was ok, I booked a room with 3 beds and only had 2, beds are so so

Staffordshire very welcoming and helpful. Family room was a good size.

The room was spacious and quiet, despite that the hotel is located at the train station.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned much better; there is black and yellow mold in the shower area.

It was clean and comfortable

I didn’t realise the pretty was an automated check in after 4 pm. I arrived at 11 pm. I pressed the intercom to speak to someone, they spoke to me, asked for my name, then hung up. I thought they might come to the door to explain but nothing happened. Eventually I re-read your email and saw the online check in.

I was very impressed by the easy check-in, and the first impression was that the whole place was very clean, lovely spacious room with good housekeeping, so towels etc was cleaned and a fresh one replaced. There are plenty of sockets for use and storage space for clothes, etc. Very good value for money and a brilliant location for my needs. Close to the train station, trams and bus. There was even a McDonald's across the road win win!

The soap dispenser was a strange thing to use.

Very convenient for public transport even if arriving at Basel man station. The number 2 or 6 tram runs to the Badische station directly opposite the hotel.
