We're delighted to hear that. We understand that our location in the Passage Malbuisson can be a bit of a hidden gem. For easier navigation in the future, we've put up signs to guide the way through the entrances at Rue du Rhône 42 and Rue du Marché 5. As for the elevator being down and the buttons lagging, we appreciate your patience with any inconvenience this may have caused. Our Lean Luxury philosophy focuses on providing essential services and high-quality experiences, and we certainly wouldn't want anything to detract from that. Regarding the offer of free drinks in exchange for not having your room cleaned, it's part of our effort to minimise our environmental footprint by reducing water and energy usage. We wouldn't want to mislead you into thinking that we're short-staffed - it's just one of the ways we try to be more eco-friendly. And finally, we hear you about the room size. Our rooms are designed to be compact but functional, offering everything you need and nothing you don't.
