it was a very spacious lodge with nice size rooms and bathrooms. a little dated but value for money. excellent location and very clean and well maintained.

Furniture on balcony was very basic and did not invite for longer stays outside, on the other hand the hotel had very nice public lounge areas. As the hotel did offer a public fridge with drinks, there was no private fridge available in the room and also no water heater for coffee or tea. During our stay the restaurant was closed. The Sternen is only a 2 minute walk, all other restaurants are at least 30 minutes walk or short distance by car.

Nice, spacious rooms with small balcony and Mountain View’s. Dog friendly hotel. Our Stella was welcome everywhere. Good breakfast with local products.

Säntis Lodge was great! Clean, comfy, and family-friendly with a fun games room. The restaurant was perfect after skiing, and breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The property is cute and nice. Room size was huge and all the needed facilities were available. It was quite clean and peaceful.

Rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear your neighbors and people in the corridor. Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night, and doors were extremely loud when he tugged the door handle. The restaurant has its own rules when you can order something and where you can sit to eat, so you feel uncomfortable.

Nothing really except that the “3rd” bed was not as comfy as the two others.

We rented a room for 3 adults and got an apartment which made the space huge with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 balconies. The hotel is well located 5 minutes’ walk from a bus stop (bus every half hour). Very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was not much to write home about - few options, and most of them were very sweet. Would have appreciated if they had summer linens instead of winter ones in 30 degrees.

Randomly had to check in here when a storm came and we had a tent. Very friendly staff, nice rooms with a huge balcony, small activity room for kids.. Easy to park.Good value for money

Quality of breakfast was very good but they would need to replace whatever is consumed faster, for the people who come late... Mattresses in some rooms should be replaced, they are not comfortable enough and seem pretty old.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from the lifts.. moreover it was a family-friendly hotel with a very nice room for kids to play when parents were dining. There is also kids cinema and a playroom with ping pong which kids enjoyed very much, we will definitely visit this place again in the future.

it’s beautiful. the room is comfortable but pity they did not do vacuum cleaning the carpet and the toilet didn’t brush at all.
