Legit the cutest stay in Zermatt. Everyone who walked by admired the adorable little chalet. It’s right off the main road but away from crowds and noise. It’s spacious and has a full kitchen for use.

We would have enjoyed a larger seating area (e.g., sectional sofa) in the chalet's living area instead of the large table.The Wifi in the unit did not have a strong signal so coverage was spotty.

The charming and well-appointed chalet is conveniently located for both skiing and the village and comfortably slept/fit 7 adults in clean spacious rooms. The spa area (i.e., sauna, steam room, etc.) was very relaxing and provided an extra shower and bathroom.

We absolutely loved this chalet! Very centrally located, it had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Zermatt. All rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, there was enough storage and other facilities. The beds were comfortable and clean. The chalet also features a wellness area which is super nice and we had it available to us in the morning. The hosts were incredibly nice people and accommodated all of our requests. 10 out of 10 for us, we’ll certainly be back again soon

It's located on one of the main streets, and even though it's not in the very centre, it's busy in the morning with service traffic and snow cleaning and all - so sleeping with window open was a little noisy, but not by much (also entirely silent when windows were closed, soundproofing is really good). My main issue with the room is the toilet/shower door - it's transparent glass, so it offers zero privacy. We had to notify each other in advance not to walk into the room or kitchen when the other is using the bathroom - to me, bathroom is a private place, so making the entrance to it transparent is beyond comprehension, especially when it so easy to do it differently.

The place is very neat and kept very well - it's an old house, but with modern inner outfit for the rooms that still preserver the charm of wooden building. Our room was fairly spacious and had everything we need - it's probably the first time in my travel experience that the room had enough coffee capsules to last a week or more, plenty of dishwasher tablets, new dish sponge and towels and plenty of knives (and generally great utensils and kitchenware). The room was ready for us earlier than check-in time (there are names of guests on doors so we found ours without problems). Room was warm - maybe even a bit too warm as blankets were really thick, but that's not an issue. They also have a warm skiroom (also a schnapskeller) with entrance from the main street, where it's also possible to store luggage on the departure day. We haven't used spa, but it was also available. The place is located close to the town centre, and equal distance (about 10 minutes walk) from two main ski lifts and main station.

The apartment was exceptional in every way, with just one minor drawback: the interior occasionally became uncomfortably warm. While the windows could be opened, they let in some noise.

It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The host is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the wellness facilities are excellent.

Spa and bathing facilities are not connected. it is inconvenient to bath and then walk to the spa. No toilet is inside the master bedroom.

The booking pictures feature a top floor unit and I mistakenly booked a downstairs unit. Probably my fault but if you are noise sensitive book a top floor unit.

There was nothing that we disliked, it was one of our favorite places. One thing to note though, the shower was a little tricky for us and we ended up with water all over the floor the first time we used it. We figured it out and it ended up being just fine.

The property was cozy and beautifully decorated. It’s a small apartment that was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen came with all we needed to cook there and the spa area was a fantastic treat after long days of hiking and biking. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area of town with a one minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Daniella, our host, was amazing! Very attentive, easy to get in touch with and lovely to talk to.

After entering the apartment compounds, I was expecting a reception but the reception was actually outdoors and I missed it. There seems to be a few Chalets combined together or perhaps they are just under different names. I did not clarify on that though. You will find your name written on a piece of paper that is pasted on the glass door of your apartment and the door is unlocked and you can enter and find the key card on the table. Had a little bit of confusion there. But you could avoid my confusion by clarifying with the owner before reaching. I would really like to see the pictures updated. They don't do justice to such a beautiful accommodation. Btw, what is indicated on Booking.com as SPA Tax of CHF4 per day is actually the Zermatt tourism tax. That should be clarified on Booking.com. The owner explained to us clearly.

The apartment feels very cute, cosy, warm, welcoming and modern even though it still has the wood cabin feel that I love due to the decorations and I believe recent renovation they did. The apartment is equipped with modern kitchenware. The pictures in Booking.com needs to be updated because the apartment is a lot better than what‘s shown. They need to include the sauna and the steambath. It was amazing. After a day in the mountains, coming back to the sauna is such a treat. You just need to request with the owner beforehand and it will be arranged. The owner responds almost immediately through the Booking.com chat. Owner was very helpful. Lovely lady.
