Legit the cutest stay in Zermatt. Everyone who walked by admired the adorable little chalet. It’s right off the main road but away from crowds and noise. It’s spacious and has a full kitchen for use.

The bathroom door is full glass making using the bathroom awkward at times. They should really frost the glass!

Amazing location, amazing chalet, fantastic host! Extremely cute chalet vibes with wooden interior. It's also in a nice location in Zermatt. I can't say anything bad about this place, would stay here again without question!

Absolutely gorgeous chalet in the perfect location. The amenities were top notch, and we could not have asked for more. The owner was gracious and very accommodating.

It will be better to add lights in the bedrooms and add the curtain for shower and bathing.

It has everything you need for a short break and is well positioned for skiing and the village. it is comfortable and well equipped and maintained

The charming and well-appointed chalet is conveniently located for both skiing and the village and comfortably slept/fit 7 adults in clean spacious rooms. The spa area (i.e., sauna, steam room, etc.) was very relaxing and provided an extra shower and bathroom.

We would have enjoyed a larger seating area (e.g., sectional sofa) in the chalet's living area instead of the large table.The Wifi in the unit did not have a strong signal so coverage was spotty.

We absolutely loved this chalet! Very centrally located, it had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Zermatt. All rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, there was enough storage and other facilities. The beds were comfortable and clean. The chalet also features a wellness area which is super nice and we had it available to us in the morning. The hosts were incredibly nice people and accommodated all of our requests. 10 out of 10 for us, we’ll certainly be back again soon

The place is very neat and kept very well - it's an old house, but with modern inner outfit for the rooms that still preserver the charm of wooden building. Our room was fairly spacious and had everything we need - it's probably the first time in my travel experience that the room had enough coffee capsules to last a week or more, plenty of dishwasher tablets, new dish sponge and towels and plenty of knives (and generally great utensils and kitchenware). The room was ready for us earlier than check-in time (there are names of guests on doors so we found ours without problems). Room was warm - maybe even a bit too warm as blankets were really thick, but that's not an issue. They also have a warm skiroom (also a schnapskeller) with entrance from the main street, where it's also possible to store luggage on the departure day. We haven't used spa, but it was also available. The place is located close to the town centre, and equal distance (about 10 minutes walk) from two main ski lifts and main station.

It's located on one of the main streets, and even though it's not in the very centre, it's busy in the morning with service traffic and snow cleaning and all - so sleeping with window open was a little noisy, but not by much (also entirely silent when windows were closed, soundproofing is really good). My main issue with the room is the toilet/shower door - it's transparent glass, so it offers zero privacy. We had to notify each other in advance not to walk into the room or kitchen when the other is using the bathroom - to me, bathroom is a private place, so making the entrance to it transparent is beyond comprehension, especially when it so easy to do it differently.

It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The host is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the wellness facilities are excellent.

The apartment was exceptional in every way, with just one minor drawback: the interior occasionally became uncomfortably warm. While the windows could be opened, they let in some noise.

Great ambiance in the apartmrnt. Cosy, clean, practical. Reception was very friendly and flexible regarding check in. All in all a very nice stay and much recomendable! Will return when possible!

Could have been bigger. Bathroom had a a clear glass door. Only 2 rooms - bedroom and Kitchen (which tripled up as a kitchen, dining room and lounge)

Facilities are good in general.

Spa and bathing facilities are not connected. it is inconvenient to bath and then walk to the spa. No toilet is inside the master bedroom.

the place was very nice

none of the stairs had railings and they were rather steep aswell. if you are travelling with people that are feel slightly unwell with that, do not book this place as there are a few of these stairs (down to the rooms and to the spa)
