No breakfast available. No proper air conditioning which made circumstances quite uncomfortable because it was really hot period during our visit. Noises from neighbour rooms perhaps a little bit disturbing.

The location is great near the lake. Restaurants nearby, also breakfast places.Easy to get trams or walk to the center.Swimming facilities in the lake and river were amazing.Staff friendly and helpful.

There is no AC and the windows only ones slightly. They provide a fan but it was very warm. The front desk closes at 9pm and there is no one at the desk until morning. Not an issue for us but just good to know.

We didn't like that it specifically said not allowed to eat in room when we arrived. As there was a fridge we would have respectively liked to stored a few items and eaten at times in our room.

It was noisy. Noise travelled from the room above and when people were moving around on the corridor.

We could hear everything going on in the room next to us and unfortunately they were screaming the whole night from 01am to 6am, unfortunately the reception wasn't open so we couldn't get someone to check on them but we did eventually hear other guests go and ask them to be quiet (we were afraid to). Spoiler alert, they didn't. We did contact the hotel staff and asked them to check on the woman and they let us know they talked to them so that's good. Hope the lady is okay and the man get's his act together. To sum up what we didn't like, the walls were thin and a little uneasy to not be able to get help (other than police) in the night.

We liked the location, the room was pretty and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice, the receptionist was very friendly.

The bathroom was a little tight if we were staying more than 1 night, it would have been a struggle.

The hotel is well located for a 1 night stay over in Zurich. The property was clean and comfortable, and generally quiet for a city location.

- Very small room (but it was a single Room) - hot as an oven - however It was a heatwave in Switzerland at the time - I could open the Juliette balcony doors which was nice however once I closed them it was super hot again. I had to keep balcony doors open and got bitten by bugs in the night. - No AC but no AC is very common in Switzerland. - The shower room didnt have any ventilation or window so remained hot and steamy for a long time and didn’t help the room temperature. - If from UK and like your tea - I would suggest bringing your own tea bags and getting milk from a shop as Switzerland tend to give more cream like milk - in coffee shops and hotels. - hard to fill any water bottles in sink and no water at reception it is very small. However plenty of water fountains around Zürich and Switzerland with deliciously cold and fresh water.

- GREAT location just 20-25 min walk from old town / centre. - 10 min walk to nearest tram station. Great food places nearby. - opposite the lake with a lovely walk path (no lake views though). - AMAZING staff. So so friendly; couldn’t do enough for you! (I think his name was Omar). - He gave us adaptors as it is not a euro plug so euro to UK adaptor didnt work. - He chilled wine in reception fridge as room fridge wasn’t working - gave us recommendations - spotlessly clean rooms and cleaned every day with fresh towels if used. - TV had UK bbc channels so could watch Wimbledon highlights at night

everything was perfect for what I needed on this trip

Location was perfect, easy walk to tram which went directly to the train station and airport. Hotel needs a little love on the exterior (it was bit worse for wear)....but was very clean and fresh internally. Room was big enough for 2 people bed comfortable, bathroom functional and clean. Staff where super accommodating when my flight was rescheduled at a very reasonable cost for an additional night because of the unexpected change.

Nothing, a great stay in a traditional hotel which may not suit those who like chain hotels where every room can be exactly the same.

The room is a little small. There is an elevator that is a bonus point. However, the elevator is small. The washroom bathtub was slippery.

Wonderful location. Staffs are good and helpful. Rooms are clean You can keep your bags if you want to. The hotel has old world charm. The hotel is well connected.
