Disappointing Seerose restaurant (expensive, unfriendly staff) For the price, we expected the room to be spotless and fully functionnal: unfortunately this wasn’t the case (some hairs/nails from previous customers, mould on bathroom joints and shower curtain, broken bathroom bin, rust on the soap dispenser)

The outdoor pool by the lake is smaller than expected from the pictures, so not really for swimming but the area is still very nice for relaxing.

We had a fantastic time at Seerose Resort! The settings are beautiful, the hotel is modern and clean, the new spa facilities were amazing and there is overall such a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful, including at the restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, it was Mothersday and I was greeted with champagne and we got drink vouchers as well, which we used at the platoon after the spa. The room I booked was a standard room and we were very surprised how the standard room looked it was above the restaurant and was fantastic 😍

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable for my taste. The mattress was too soft and I had a back pain, but this is my personal preference. Also, due to some constructions the room view was not the best, but I'm sure next time will be better.

Our stay in the hotel was lovely! The atmosphere, the staff and the food was a very nice experience. The spa had very clean facilities and it was everywhere a nice smell. The room also very comfortable and the breakfast had everything. I would definitely recommend it!!

we liked everything! maybe just one suggestion: plastic straws in drinks in the restaurant (unless intentionally requested) could be easily avoided for good :)

Pretty much everything:) the spa could be a bit bigger but as it was not full, did not really matter. everything made very cozy and nicely decorated.

There is no AC in the hotel, which is advertised as air conditioned. This was problematic considering how hot it was and we were unable to sleep properly. Something you want to do when at a relaxing spa holiday. Another thing that made it difficult to sleep is the bedside controls having a light that stays on all night. We had to cover the controls with a towel to be able to get some sleep. Also if you accidentally brush against this very touch sensitive panel, it will turn the lights on and wake everyone up. The view from our room was to a solid wall. Not great when you're literally surrounded by beauty anywhere you look. Make sure you ask about the view from our room. There are no English labels on the breakfast food items.

Spa Facilities are great. Whirlpool is worth the extra spend Massages are very good. Food was amazing (both Thai Restaurant and Beach Bar) - quality and quantity and value for Money Breakfast was also very good

There is an issue with the employees responsible for reservations on breakfast restaurant and the lack restaurant that located outside side on your right hand before entering the hotel reception , they do not respect the guest and they are unhelpful

Without a car it is not accessible. The pool is a bit small but it's okay.

The comfort, the nice sized room, the bathtub and the welcoming drink. The spa was nice mostly the private spa.

SPA pool inside and outside lake private access, Thai massage very professional like real Thai masseurs, big rooms clean, 3 restaurants 1 Thai food, lovely bar on the lake great ambiance, indoor parking, quiet but close to Zurich ( 45 minutes by car ) close to Lucerne ( 30 minutes ) : I will go back certainly !
