The communication was great, very responsive, kind and helpful team. The location was very practical for us and it was calm at night. Check in was simple and easy. Spacious and comfy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the experience was affected by a very bad smell in the apartment (smoke or something burnt). It was a very strong smell and made our stay rather unpleasant; we were happy to leave the apartment early in the morning the next day. We would have appreciated a little heads up by message beforehand or a small gesture from the Motel. We understand that if the previous guest left back this bad and very strong smell there's not much you can do besides air out and hope for the best but you could have let us know and apologise in advance or give a small discount.

Very nice apartment, comfortable beds, clean fridge. We have just stayed over night. Communication without problem.

We did not have enough towels. We were 3 but we only received 2 towels. Otherwise bathroom was very ok.

No Air conditioning. I had no choice but to leave the door to the outside open all night. As a result, it was noisy.

What a gem! Absolutely fabulous motel, in a lovely little town. Could not be happier with the easy self check-in and out. Communication with Petra was perfect, secure bike storage in the underground garage. Room was very pleasant, modern and clean, with a balcony. As we stayed on a Friday night, no breakfast at restaurants available, however fruit, croissants, tea and coffee were available. There is 2 bakeries not far from the motel and a 20 minute walk lands you in Austria if you would like to source dinner there (we did and it was great). Highly recommend this motel as somewhere for bike tourers - very bike friendly

Spacious rooms, spacious beds, spacious bathroom and shower. Even a terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff!

the surroundings, although quiet and safe, are somewhat desolated. hard to have a dinner in the proximity, without using the car

This is a tiny eight room motel in a non-descript modern area off the highway, but it is a gem. Creative design, very friendly staff, well sound proofed, perfectly kept. Few food choices in the town but many minutes away across the Rhine in Austria. For Switzerland, a great value.
