Beds could have been more comfortable. Wellness could have been open till night (even with limited service), and there could have been service outside during the evening as well.

Family owned hotel with very helpful and kind staff, including the owners. Great spa and wellness area, amazing view from the pools. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and dinner - even at peak hours they tried to solve the problems. Location is excellent, in a quiet village overlooking the lake with awesome viewing spots. Discounts to the bridge and public transportation and more.

No a/c- just a fan. Rooms were basic but did the job. Pool was warm (no good in 33 degree heat)

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) had a fantastic range of food. Really high quality. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Iris was our superb waitress. Robes and slippers were cosy. Pool sunbathing area was nice and loungers were comfortable!

No room service for food, I have to carry my tray from the restaurant to my room uncovered, restaurant close very early! I also didn’t like they don’t provide rooms with AC, they need it in summer

just surprised that for free stay for your child you need to choose from kids menu for dinner, pay extra but that was ok just not clear when booking.

Amazing place amazing location .The breakfast the Dinner were spot on. The staff really polite and smiled. The salt pool was something I was nicely surprised how good is made with all the mountain view . The best break Holiday I ever had with my family . Highly recommended. the management as well every day making sure all guests are happy and on high level. Thank you very much

Pillows were not that comfortable. No kettle/coffee and fridge in the room.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially dinner. Our 2 year old son liked everything as well. Staff was very kind to us. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Our rooms, we had 2, didn't have a nice view as both were at the back of the buildings.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. The view from the restaurant's terrace is amazing. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and if you want to relax, book a massage or beauty session. I had a great time with Barbara, who didn't speak English but did everything she could to make me feel good. I am smiling every time I think of her.

Amazing view! Really nice rooms. Warm welcome with a note and some chocolate. We needed a fridge and they brought one right away. I recommend booking dinner included. Food is very good in the restaurant.

Massage is not good as the one who made massage i didnt feel that she is expert . Reception close at 10 pm and they dont help in bringing my luggage during check in and check out .

Our neighbours smoked on the balkony, the smoke drifted into our room. Not great for a wellness hotel!

The team of staff were super friendly, organised and attentive and so helpful. The food was lovely, huge choice and very good quality. The service was great too, very attentive and wonderful view. Some beautiful village walks from the hotel as well which were lovely.
