The room was a bit dark to my preference. The breakfast was nice, but for this price range I would expect more variety.

The hotel was nice and cosy, but the most outstanding part was the view! The room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is located literally in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient to reach it after a long travel day.

I liked everything. But I do have a few suggestions for the management. ( I did give good ratings - and I loved the property) 1. For the $ we are paying per night which is comparable to Ritz, maybe provide an turndown service. 2. I didn’t see an a la carte breakfast option - maybe I missed it. The buffet - even though good, wasn’t at par. 3. I would have expected a hot tub or a jacuzzi 4. The gym room is smaller than the guest room. I understand that it’s adelboden and we expect people to get outside - but it’s the smallest gym I have ever seen. 5. Dining. It’s a pretty high end resort. And if you want to project yourself as that, you’d have to provide that service during fine dining. Maybe separate fine dining into outside and inside. We had babies throwing breadcrumbs and teenagers on loud phone calls while couples were having candlelit conversations over fine wine. Waiters were apologizing to us and we were accommodating but we had guests around us who had no courtesy or civic sense. 6. Pool deck. For a property whose USP is the pool, there’s not enough space for pool chairs. There’s like 6 below the pool, and you’d have climb upstairs to get to 3 more cabanas. We were lucky we walked into couple who were leaving their chairs when we walked in - but I am sure others didn’t get so lucky. Now will I recommend you to my friends? 100% few tweaks here and there - and you’d be the best experience ever. Your staff is amazing - your management just has to make a few adjustments here and there.

Location. It is set up in the perfect place away from the civilization. The staff - their performance, their promptness, their demeanor, their attitude were incredible. They engaged with us, even though they were running around. Very impressed!

Very tasty food at the bar with the loveliest personnel :) Indoor pool + outside hot tub with the views :) Very good breakfast. Welcoming stuff at the reception desk, both at check in and check out.. Front desk staff were not overly attentive or friendly. There were robe shortages and empty body wash when we arrived (which we are only mentioning because generally customer service is top notch with this price point).

The only downside was no AC since we visited at the end of June and it was quite hot but seems like that is the norm in Switzerland/Europe. Otherwise we left the windows open and it ended up being okay.

The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. We booked the room with the Mountain View and it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed our relaxing time in the pool and sauna and enjoyed the view that it came with. Also breakfast was included with our stay and it was really good! There was a good mix of protein savory food with plenty of options and everything we had tasted really good. We were able to do a few hikes from this location and were able to also visit Oeschinensee as well.

The friendliest staff possible. Puzzle-like view of a mountain valley. Charming village. Good cuisine - Merci Chef! Spacious and stylish rooms, a small but cosy outdoor pool and a beautiful large spa area with a larger indoor pool. Our stay was just excellent!

Having been able to park outside the hotel nearly every time I have stayed, it is a shame it was not more clear I would have to pay for parking.

The rooms are a bit basic for the price in terms of materials, decoration and overall vibe. The food at the breakfast buffet, at the bar and at the indoors sitting area where of limited range and at the bar limited quality too. However the overall feeling was good and would still recommend it.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The spa facilities are superb. The staff super nice and friendly. We were also lucky to stay at the hotel during the wellness days where we participated in some nice sessions free of charge. We were also given the mini countryman for free for a nearby excursion.

Breakfast was ordinary. Too many unruly children and pets spoiling the relaxed spa vibe that we paid for. Poor communication from staff regarding certain hotel facilities. Despite there being a sign prohibiting cameras from the spa area, at times you could not move for people taking selfies in the hot pool. Very annoying.
