We had 3 nights stay and everything was perfect 👌. We reached before 15:00( check-in time) and the receptionist received us with such a kindness and hospitality.Location - very near to the train station.The rooms are very modern with unique design ,clean and well maintained. Overall it was a pleasant stay and definitely I ll recommend it.

It was quite hot when we stayed and stuffy in the bedrooms. Some fans would have been great as you couldn’t open the French doors due to the street and rail noise.

Very spacious apartment and well provisioned in the kitchen and the washer dryer. Beds were super comfy and a coop Next door and all in all a great place to stay in Thun

I think they should have signs if you want to keep sheets and towels; to be more eco friendly.

Excellent location near train station and walking distance to old town...and with thun card from hotel you get free travel during your stay! Breakfast was simple but filling They even prepared a breakfast box for me upon request bec I left very early. Room was compact but super comfortable and clean and cozy.

Lovely boutique hotel artistically designed with old village charm but contemporary touches. Quiet & located off a main road along the river, comfortable bedding, plush rooms with wonderful design details. All of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. A big bonus is that the hotel is located next to a superb gym which allows a free pass on their first visit. We liked the stroll along the river from the train station and location is near plenty of cafes, historical sites and restaurants.

We booked 2 two bed apartments for 4 days. Little things could be better 4 coffee pods for 4 people ? Have to pay for more after using the 4 More than 1 tea towel should be provided for a 4 day stay. A clean/new dish cloth should be provided for new guests

The lighting was terrible, with mood lights everywhere, making the flat extremely dark and depressing despite the beautiful furniture.

The apartment was larger than the photos, very spacious and clean. Parking next door was available and staff were very nice.

If you stay in the apartment, it’s very much like staying in an Airbnb and not in a hotel. There is no daily bed making or turning over of the rooms and you are separate from the main building. This should be made a bit clearer on booking. It also specifies the apartment has a microwave which it does not which was disappointing as I’d booked that to warm bottles for my baby

We stayed in apartment studio. It was beautiful perfect. Added to our trip. Beds were very comfortable. Fab breakfast. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Location was v good. Highly Highly recommend. Please stay with boutique spedition hotel. They gave us the apartment well before check in time.

View from bedroom unfortunately looked out on to untidy railway goods yard which was very close and overlooked apartment windows opposite -fortunately there was very little noise.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptional interior, and very close to the historic center. Breakfast was good, but could have been a bit more varied. The lamps in the room and bathroom could also be dusted. 😉 The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I was upgraded to a double room and it was perfect - very comfortable, great size, lovely design, with some unique features like wooden ceiling, beatiful wooden desk and amazing walk-in shower. I arrived too late (and tired) to make use of the restaurant downstairs but it looked cosy and high-end.

The hair dryer could be better. People need concentrator nozzle to have their hair dried properly.

New comfortable hotel located near the train station and it has underground parking nearby ( 18 CHF per night) . Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. They also have a restaurant on the first floor which offers great brunch options. Recommend for a stay in Thun.
