Nothing wrong just very ‘budget’ - well at least for Switzerland prices. The restaurant prices were ridiculous.

The gentleman at reception was outstanding - friendly helpful and had an excellent sense of humour - he reminded me of the receptionist in Pretty Woman.

Hard to find as its hidden behind the Hard Rock Hotel within its Grounds ... if this was explained better it would be easier to find. Also you check in at the Hard Rock Hotel also this should be mentioned.

The bed was narrow and short and couldn't accommodate me. It is a folding bed that comes apart once you sit on the bed.

The room was clean. The location is great below the main street of Davos, Promenand Street. The funikolor to one of the peaks is 150 meters away. The hotel provides a discount card (50% discount) to cable cars, funikolors and more.

Great location, absolutely central and only 100 meters away from crucial Bus Stops. A bit outdated equipment and facilities but it does it's job, especially for the price. The bed is the only actual downside, which wasn't that comfortable.

The room is in a dependance of the Hard Rock hotel, a bit tricky to navigate to from the reception. It was small and the furniture and equipment was basic. Good enough for a one night stay, calm and clean.

Parking was expensive (as it is everywhere in Davos). The less expensive parking is very limited and you may need to park in the parkade, which has an even higher cost. The rooms are a bit dated, but what you would expect for the cost. Noise from neighbors on their balconies is quite loud.

The hotel is well located. Use of the Hard Rock facilities such as the bike storage and breakfast was superb. Contrary to other reviews, navigation between Hard Rock and Spenglers is very easy. Use of the Hard Rock spa for a small charge was a bonus.

Check-in instructions were poor. You check-in at the Hard Rock Hotel reception, but we had no information about that. We wandered around for 10 minutes before this was discovered. We also had a wasps nest in our balcony door frame, so it had to stay closed.

There is a common reception together with Hard Rock Hotel and I felt like a second priority for Spenglers’ rooms. Initially the room was clean but the next day of stay nobody took out the wast of bins and was no vacuum cleaning. As well, you should be ready for every day underground walking to the backsides building and to a side to side window view if at all. For us at the ground floor the view was earth embankment. During working days there is in front nose from some construction work.

The first night unfortunately wasn’t very hot the room but since we asked at the reception next morning someone came directly and fixed it. The biggest issue was the internet. I couldn’t rich any signal any of the 4 days.

Was in a very good central location with a lot of amenities around. Everyone from the staff was very polite and smiley. Very nice coffee and and very helpful at the reception.

The furniture is a bit old and the room is very essential. I was unlucky as there were construction works outside and that caused a lot of noise, but that it is not the hotel's fault and I assume it must be generally more quiet.

The position is great and the room is good for the price. Being connected to the hard rock hotel is a plus. There's a very nice balcony.
