We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe monastery bells were quite loud so if you are sensitive to sound you might find that a bit troublesome (I did not wake up to them but my partner did). Maybe request a room in the opposite side of the building from the monastery if so.
Excellent breakfast with local cheeses, fresh bakery products and super fresh coffee served directly to our table. You could see the mountains from the breakfast room and watch light creep into the valley while you ate. Perfect lodging option if you are on a ski/hiking trip and need a comfy place to crash at night. Super friendly staff and easy late check-in.

The hotel is operated with the love and care of the nearby Benedict monastery who fully renovated the building in the last two years. It offers sizable rooms, comfortable beds good meals and great value. This is not a fancy place, but you will appreciate the super solid place.
